Say Something

" Icy-Hot we're going somewhere," Katsumi said while looking up from his papers.

" Where exactly?" Todorki asked confused.

"Your gonna learn piano"

"Huh, what do you mean learn piano?" Todoroki asked confused how did Katsumi expect him to learn piano in a matter of a few hours?

" Well we need music in the background while we're signing so let's go to some piano place and I can teach some the cords while I play the main notes," Katsumi says.

" This is could work! Let's get going then," Todoroki says while standing up they were going to make this song awesome.

Katsumi POV

I told Todoroki to drive us to this old piano shop I use to go here all the time when I was a little kid I loved playing the piano.

Once we got in there was an old man with long grey hair and a white plain pair of glasses.

"Ah, Katsumi I haven't seen you in years how have you been," The old man says with a warm smile.

" Mr. Chiba how have you been," I say softly I've always had a soft spot for mister Chiba.

" I'm fine Katsumi, who your friend you brought here," Mr. Chiba says while looking at Icy-Hot.

"Oh, this is my friend Todoroki," I say while eyeing him.

" Hello, Mr.Chiba I'm Shoto Todoroki," Icy-Hot says while lending out his hand for him to shake it.

"Well nice to meet you, now tell me what brings you guys here?" Mr.Chiba while raising an eyebrow.

"We have a bit of a problem, we were supposed to write a song for class but kinda procrastinated and we only have a few hours to finish it," Todorooki speaks up.

" I need to teach this idiot to play piano before the due date and write a whole song as well," I say.

" So you need my pianos to practice on? Why not go ahead," Mr. Chiba says while turning back to go into the back room.

" Thank you, Mr.Chiba," I say.

"Ok dummy, I have to teach you this and fast so focus alright?" I say while glaring at Todoroki.

" Sure Katsumi," Todoroki says while sitting down on one of the pianos in the room.

I sit beside him and start to show him all the cords he may have to play he seems to grasp the concept pretty quickly.

"Ok so let's figure this song out," I say while looking at the piano's keys.

We play around with different notes and combinations until we figure out something that finally sounds right.

"Now to add words," He says while looking at me

" We could repeat something most of the time that could work since our song mostly repeats itself," I say while grabbing a piece of paper.

" Remember when you said we could write something fake are we still doing that?" Todoroki ask me.

" Yes of course this isn't some therapy group!" I yell at him he just nods his head then looks away.

" Ay! You rugrats watch your volume in here!" Mr. Chiba yells from the other room.

" Sorry, sir!" I yell.

I play with my fingers trying to find words that could work with the melody, I'll have to say something in this so or could we sing nothing at all it doesn't need it, does it?

" Wait.. that it! Say Something!" I yell happy I figure something for the title of the song.

"Say something? why?" Todoroki asks confused.

"Don't you get it you idiot we don't have to explain anything at all we have to do is say something it could be some cheesy love song or super sad, nobody would care all we have to do is say something! That could be the lyrics of our song." I say

" It's could work and plus my idea was not the best," Shoto says with a smile

We start working on the lyrics together each of us adding our own ideas and taking and adding some parts until it was finally perfect. All we had to do is try it with the music.

"You ready dummy?" I say while looking at Shoto.

"Always"

We start playing the piano for the intro of the song. Shoto is the first to start singing his voice sounds amazingly soft and kind another one of the great things about him. Halfway through the song, I start singing about an octave higher than him to create a harmony. Our hands brushed up against each other while playing which made me blush slightly.

Todoroki POV

" Um..." Katsumi starts not knowing what to say.

" I really like you-" I blurt out
