Zoo

Namjoons school was closed for the day which meant extra time at home! Seokjin had the day off as well. Sooyoung was going into work later than usual.

"Beakfast! Beakfast!" Namjoon cheered as he skipped alongside Seokjin. He was holding his dadas hand while they walked inside a restaurant for breakfast.

"Yes baby, we are getting breakfast." Seokjin chuckled. He left Namjoon with Sooyoung while he reserved a table for them. 

When he came back Namjoon reached for him to hold him. Seokjin picked him up, placing him on his hip. "You excited baby?" 

"Mhms! Gonna see minimal!" Namjoon cheered as he hugged Seokjin. They planned to go to the zoo that day. Namjoon began making silly faces at Sooyoung.

"Animals baby, we are gonna see lots of animals hm?" 

"Then tell mommy about em!" 

"I cant wait to hear all about it Joonie." Sooyoung said as she kissed his cheek, and ruffled his hair. Namjoon giggled and hugged Sooyoung. 

Namjoon sat in Sooyoungs lap, watching videos on her phone as she held him. Seokjin took a quick photo and smiled, the sight warmed his heart.

They were finally called to a table, the waiter sat down a kids menu, and two regular menus. "What can I get you to drink this morning?" 

"I'll have a coffee,and apple juice for him." Said Seokjin, Sooyoung ordered a coffee as well. Namjoon was coloring on his menu when he saw a couple with a baby in a highchair. 

"Dada I want that chair!" Namjoon pointed to the highchair. Seokjin put Namjoons hand down, but looked at the highchair.

"Baby, dont point, its rude. You're a big boy you dont need a highchair anymore, you have your booster seat,yeah?" Seokjin explained, pointing out the seat Namjoon was sitting on so he could reach the table. 

"But-but I wan that chair dada." Namjoon pouted, and looked at Sooyoung," mommy I wan that seat!" 

"Dada said you have your big boy seat baby, you're too big for a highchair. Namjoon sat back and pouted.

He didnt want to color,  and didnt pick anything to eat. Seokjin didnt want to cause a scene so he let it slide and ordered something he knew Namjoon would like. 

"Dada gotta potty." Seokjin helped him down from the booster seat, and led him to the restroom. He helped Namjoon, then helped wash his hands. 

"Baby I want you to behave, okay?" Namjoon nodded, and walked back with Seokjin. Their food had luckily arrived quickly. Namjoon finished his food quietly.

He was still a bit grumpy from not getting what he wants. He laid his head on Seokjin and pouted. "Go zoo dada!" 

"Joonie, lower your voice. We will go in a minute." Seokjin said with a hint of sternness in his voice. He was hoping he can get the boy to nap before the zoo.

Namjoon definitely needed the nap. When they were done and paid, Seokjin kissed Sooyoung goodbye and buckled Namjoon in.

Just try to coax the boy to sleep, Seokjin set a blanket across him and took the long way home. Luckily, Namjoon did fall asleep. 

He took a long nap, soon they were finally on their way to the zoo. Seokjin paid for the entrance, even buying the food they can give to the animals. The first animal they saw were flamingos. 

"Mingos!" Namjoon giggled as he looked at them. Seokjin chuckled and held him so he could see better, "pretty huh baby?"

"Ducks!" Namjoon pointed at the animals and would say their names.  Once they made the full circle, Seokjin got a call from Yoongi.
