Wine. Well it's grapes isn't it?
Okay, so it may be stretching things a little to claim it's one of your five a day, but I'm partial to a glass of red at weekends, and my particular favourite (not that I'm an expert, and my French cousins would be shaking their heads furiously) is an Argentinian Malbec.
Anyhoo, Mrs Wilson and I were watching a cookery show recently (they always make me hungry), and the chef did one of those 'and now a great tip' moments, stating 'and you can freeze the left over wine you've not used in your casserole in an ice cube tray, so that you can pop out a couple of cubes to pop in your next stew'.
Great tip. But 'left over wine'?
