"Love looks not with the eyes, but with the mind..." I muttered to myself as I began to read A Midsummer Night's Dream by William Shakespeare. I adored the works of Shakespeare and even more so after meeting Loki. He was so well spoken and he always speaks with such a shakespearian manner. I turned the pages as I flicked through the book. The moon and the stars shining bright through my window. Loki hadn't returned yet. I fear that he may be in more trouble than I imagined.

"...and therefore is winged Cupid painted blind" Loki spoke as he appeared before me once again. "A Midsummer Night's Dream, Act 1, Scene 1" I said looking at Loki, Impressed at the fact that he continues the Shakespeare quotes on arrival, and it's always what i'm reading. I placed my bookmark and gently closed the book. "So, How did it go?" I asked walking over to him. He looked down at his feet. "Actually..." He paused as he looked into my eyes. His emerald green eyes meeting with mine. "Mother and Father insist on meeting you right away" He smiled. He must've made amends. With a flick of his wrist, I was surrounded with a green glow. As the glow faded, my outfit had changed from my usual pyjamas to a beautiful green and gold Asgardian dress. He looked me up and down and smiled."Perfect. Even thought you were already perfect" Loki spoke softly as he came to me and placed his hands on my waist. "Now you're ready" He smiled as he gently and softly planted a kiss on my lips. "Loki, you really are wonderful. No matter what you do or where you go, I want to be there by your side. Forever" I smiled at him. He smiled back but had a cheeky glimpse in his eye before ignoring the comment. "Shall we go" He asked. I nodded acceptingly and held on tight to him. Once again with his magic, he whisked us off away to Asgard.

"I thought we could head to the palace from here, so you can see the beauty of it" He smiled. we are at the Bi-Frost. I saw a tall man dressed in golden armour in the middle of the room. "Welcome to Asgard" He said as his deep husky voice resonated through the room. His golden eyes watching us both walk over to the bridge. There was a black stallion waiting on the bridge. Loki quickly jumped up onto the stallion. "My dear" Loki grinned and he held out a hand. "What are you doing" I giggled. "Well, I want you to arrive at the palace to meet my family in the best way possible." He softly said as he helped me onto the stallion behind him. I put my arms around his waist as we trotted off down the rainbow bridge to the Asgardian Palace. The city was beautiful. It sparkled in the moonlight. The sound of the stallion galloping through the city. "Loki, you really do spoil me" I giggled. "Anything to make you happy my pet" He said as the stallion came to a slow halt. He jumped off of the horse, grabbed my waist and lifted me down. "There we are" He said "We're here" as he gestured his hand towards the grand doorway. He held out his arm for me and as I took his arm we elegantly walked together into the palace.  "What if they don't like me because I'm from Midgard?" I asked worryingly. "Don't worry my dear, They know everything they need to know" He smiled.

We walked through a big doorway and in the distance I could see King Odin sat at his throne with his Queen beside him and Thor was stood beside his mother. I all of a sudden felt so sick and nauseous. "I don't know if I can do this Loki?" I said trying to keep a brave smile on my face. "You can My Sweet Pet. I believe in you" I smiled up at his positivity and his belief in me as we arrived in front of the throne. "Father, I present to you, Madison of Midgard" He said so formally. "It's a pleasure to meet you, King Odin" I said nervously. "Madison. How lovely to meet you my dear. No need for the formalities. You seem to have taken my son's interest" He spoke. his voice echoed through the throne room. "This is Frigga, Queen of Asgard and my wife" He introduced me to her. "Lovely to meet you" I said as I gently nodded. "The pleasure is mine, Madison" She spoke. She was so soft spoken and beautiful. ".. and of course, My brother, Thor. The God of Thunder" Loki introduced. "Nice to meet you.. again, Thor" I smiled. "We meet again Madison" He spoke. "Wait, hold on, you've met my brother" Loki said confused. "Yes Brother. I visited her briefly whilst you and father were making amends" He spoke. ".. Why would you do that, I never went and randomly visited Jane" He snarled at his brother. "Loki, I meant no harm or disrespect. I simply wanted to meet the Mortal who had brought back the loving Brother I knew was always there" Thor explained whilst laughing at him. "Fine. I'll let you off Brother." Loki said as he pulled me closer towards him. I'm already sensing some brotherly jealousy here.

"Madison. You have a long day with us tomorrow. Loki will escort you back to his chambers. Sleep well the both of you" Odin smiled at us ".. and Loki" Loki stopped and looked at his father. "Yes, father" He looked at his father. "I'm proud of you son" Loki's face brightened up with a smile. "Thank-you, Father" He spoke as he escorted me out of the throne room. Something tells me that I have changed Loki for the better and his family seem to agree too. Maybe this was the acceptance Loki was after?
