It had been a few months since me and Loki first met. We have had the most enjoyable time. Despite him having to conjure an illusion back on Asgard in the dungeons just so he could stay with me as long as he could. He may have caused a lot of trouble in the past but that's not him anymore. Everything about him is perfect. He's not been able to take me to Asgard yet and I would love to see other worlds beyond Earth.. Well, Midgard. I can imagine it now. A beautiful golden city with high rise buildings that sparkle in the light. The long rainbow bridge from Asgard to the Bi-frost. I grew up with the stories and tales of Norse Mythology as my mother adored it. She loved the Norse mythology. She believed for years that somewhere out there it was all real. I had never believed her... until now.
Last night, Loki had prepared such a romantic candle-lit dinner for me in the apartment. it was such a beautiful night. He had even managed to conjure up the most delicious wine from Asgard. I can't stop thinking about it all. We even had the most passionate and romantic night together. He had ditched the whole controlling kink as he focused on me and my pleasure. It was so magical. At the end of the night we had cuddled up and I lay on his chest listening to his very relaxing heartbeat. Life could not be any better right now.
I woke up in the morning to the sun beaming through my blinds. I turned over as I stretched my arms out and noticed a green and golden note on the pillow. I looked around and I couldn't see Loki anywhere. My heart sank. I turned around and picked up the note. It was such a pretty note written in such lovely handwriting. Who knew Loki, the God of Mischief, would have such beautiful writing. I started to read it:
My Sweet Pet,
I have had to return to Asgard. I need to show Mother, Father and Thor that I have changed for the better. I want to bring you to Asgard with me but, until I have my affairs with them in order, I dare not bring you with me. I live in hope that today, the hatchet will be buried. I shall return to you this evening to fill you in on the situation. See you later Darling.
Yours Lovingly
Loki Laufeyson
I had a huge smile on my face, while tears pricked my eyes. I can't imagine him being this way with anyone. He always seems like he was just misunderstood by everyone around him. I knew all of the stories about when he grew up and how he felt like he was just a shadow living in Thor's greatness. He felt sidelined and pushed away. He grew up not being told his true parentage and that he was a frost giant, but that didn't bother me in the slightest. I found every form of him beautiful. His magic. His heart. His love.
I managed to get myself up and out of bed. I sat on my couch watching the News Channel and sipping my tea. I couldn't help but think of all of those times with Loki and just how much I was missing him. after drinking my tea I had changed into my beautiful summer dress and I was sat on my window bench reading some more of my classic novels. I was slowly getting lost in the story until I heard a loud noise. I jumped and dropped my book on the floor. I looked out of the window and on the patch of grass that I could see nearby, a big round norse pattern had appeared on the floor. Was the Bi-Frost site that I was told about? I then suddenly heard a knock at my door.
I stood up and opened the door to a huge man. Long blonde hair cascading on his shoulders and muscles that I was in shock by. "Madison?" He asked. I nodded. "Yes, and who might you be?" I asked in curiosity. He smirked as he stood therewith a long red cloak and A hammer in his hand. "I am Thor Odinson. You seem to have captivated my brother." He smiled as he walked into my apartment and gently placed Mjolnir down by the door. "I've heard so much about you. He seems different" He expressed as he sat down with me on my couch. "So why are you here, Thor?" I asked wondering why he would ever come here. "I came to see what Mortal had changed my Brother. He's usually full of tricks and lies and always wants to rule Midgard. Now he never spends time away from here" He smiled. ".. but it was his illusion here, he was back in the dungeons" I tried to tell him thinking that he didn't know. "I know my brother too well Madison. I knew it was his illusion in the dungeons. I knew it was a trick. I just never told father" he grinned and chuckled to himself "Keep doing what you are doing. It's doing my brother the world of good. I hope to see you in Asgard soon" He said as he stood and summoned Mjolnir to his hand. "See you soon Madison" He smiled as he walked out of the apartment. I couldn't believe my eyes. Thor, the god of thunder was just here in my apartment. I watched out of the window as I watched him look to the sky. A beam of light appeared and he disappeared with the light. The Bi-Frost. Asgard. Thor and Loki. It is all so incredibly real. I knew Loki told me all this but seeing just Loki wasn't enough to encourage me of it all being real but now that I've seen it with my own eyes... My childhood stories were true.
