1:15 - The Compound

We started to walk to the Bi-Frost. Loki let out a huge sigh. "Last time I saw these guys they hated me. This is gonna be an awkward situation" He huffed in frustration. "Maybe Thor has told them that you have changed?" I suggested as he let out a laugh. "Ha. Yeah in what world. To them I'm the bad guy, darling" He said sadly, "I always will be". He seemed very upset and down about it so I quickly grabbed his hand and gave it a gentle and reassuring squeeze. "Don't worry. I won't let them treat you badly" I smiled. I'm sure I could keep him under control and keep them from wanting to kill him. After all most of them are human and I do have superhuman strength as one of the basic Asgardian abilities.

The Bi-Frost left us outside the Avengers Compound. I felt Loki's grip get tighter in my hand. "you'll be fine" I smiled up at him. He looked at me and smiled. he took a big breath and nodded, So myself, Loki and Thor all walked into the compound where we were met by Tony, Nat, Bruce, Steve, Clint and Fury. "Hi, I'm Magnhildt Steffansdottir but you can call me Madison" I smiled as I introduced myself to them. "Oh we know. I've kept a close eye on you, Madison" Fury spoke. His voice so so deep and intimidating. I smiled as I looked up at Loki. ".. and of course we have the God of Mischief. Loki" Fury spoke as he stepped in front of Loki, showing that this time they were prepared if he did anything out of line. "Director Fury... How nice to see you again" Loki said. He was very sharp and tried his best to not show any emotion towards Fury. "Last time, you were trying to take over the Earth and destroyed Manhattan..." Fury spoke as he crossed his arms. "Fury, I mean no harm to Midgard. A certain someone has changed my perspective on everything" Loki said as he looked down to his at me. "You mean your girlfriend..?" Fury raised an eyebrow looking at me. I gulped. I all of a sudden felt a bit more scared. "Fiancé, Director Fury" Loki corrected him. We soon spoke to the rest of the team, assuring them that Loki wasn't gonna be any harm to them or Midgard. 

We were shown around the compound before we were shown to our room. We were at the bottom of the hall but we had Thor in the next room. "Well, That was a hectic meeting" I sighed as I let myself fall back on the comfortable plush bed. "I've never had to reassure so many people in my life" Loki said as he rolled his eyes. We still weren't too sure why we were needed but we just went with it. We had our briefing tomorrow morning. "We best get ready then, Prove to them that I can be one of them" Loki said while looking down at the floor. I went over to him and held my hands either side of his face. "Loki, You are a good man now. You don't need to prove yourself to anyone. You've proved yourself enough to me" I spoke softly reassuring him as I saw tears fill his eyes. "Where have you been all my life?" He spoke to me and he looked me lovingly in the eyes. "Without knowing... I was waiting for you" I smiled at him as I planted a gentle kiss of his lips. 

Loki suddenly took a step back and waved his hand in front of me, conjuring me a beautiful green dress with a golden necklace. "This reminds me of your outfit when I first met you" I chuckled. He smiled "It suits you almost too well". He stood and conjured his own outfit for tonight. He had a black button up shirt with a green tie, The tie was the same shade of green as my dress. The top 3 buttons were undone casually and he had his black suit pants and black shoes to go with it. He smiled at me with his arms out in a posture of asking 'how do I look?' . I smiled at him lovingly. "Very handsome" I spoke before he took my hand in his and we walked out to where the Avengers and everyone else at the compound, were having a party. I didn't think that superheroes were in favour of having a party now and then, but now was the time for me and Loki to enjoy ourselves before being thrown knee deep into chaos.
