Nicole

I woke up in the middle of the night and found myself still in his with his hand wrapped around my waist. He was warm and I could feel him slowly breathing on me. It brought me a little bit of peace, until I realized that I was still with Kevin at his apartment.

"oh shit, oh shit, no!" I panicked as I jumped out of the bed and started looking for my phone. I finally found it hidden under Kevin's bed, it must of fallen. I noticed a shoe box next to my bag and I got curious, but before I could get closer to it, I felt the bed moving,so I stopped snooping and grabbed my purse. I reached into it and grabbed my phone powering it back on.

It was still dark out, so it couldn't of been that late I thought to myself before checking the time. It was 2am and I had a bunch of messages and voicemails on my phone and I got scared.
I wasn't supposed to be out this late, the plan was to have fun and then get back to  Sylvesters place before anyone noticed, but I fell asleep and now I'm probably dead.

I sat on the side of the bed as I thought to myself how I'd get out of this mess. I had to get back to Sylvesters place and I had to do it now. The bed shifted once more as Kevin woke up. "what time is it?" he asked as he sat up.

"it's 2am, I need to get back to the house"
"I'll drive you"
"are you sure?"
"yes, I'll get dressed and then we can go"

I smiled and grabbed my stuff before heading out. Spending the night with Kevin was amazing, I haven't felt that way in a long time and it felt so good.
We drove in silence but I couldn't help but stare at him the whole way. He was a very attractive young man that's for sure and he was amazing with his tongue as well.
It felt good to finally get out and let loose but at what cost. What will Sylvester do to me once I show up at the front door, especially after our little kiss before I left.

It was gentle and unexpected, but after the night I just spent with Kevin, that kiss was the last thing on my mind. "why are you looking at me like that?" he asked as he quickly looked at me with a smile.
"I'm just admiring, that's all" I giggled and he laughed at me.

We continued to drive in silence and I continued to admire him, from head to toe. From his short black hear, to his green eyes and perfectly sculptured face. From his well built body to his arms there were stretched out onto the steering wheel. "okay we're here, the gate isn't that far away, if you want to walk but I'd be willing to drive you all the way if you'd like" he asked and I grinned.

It was a nice offer but the less time he gets closer to Sylvester the better the chances Sylvester won't kill me for sneaking out. Who am I kidding he's probably going to kill me either way.

I kissed Kevin on the cheek and he drove off as I ran towards the Gravano house. I made my way into the yard , now all I had to do was get into the house and then my room without making a sound. I slowly opened the main doors and walked in only to find him sitting on the stairs.

Oh no, he's awake. "listen Sully I'm sorry for sneaking out but -" I spoke but stopped as I noticed he wasn't paying attention to me, he wasn't even looking at me. I took a few steps closer to him and that's when it hit me. He was sleeping. I let out a breath of relief and started walking away from him.

" Nicole! "I heard Rico yell out my name as we walked towards me. Sylvester jumped up and his eyes met mine. He looked furious and tired. I knew it was too good to be true, there's no way I'd ever succeed in sneaking past him and it was proven.

" where the fuck have you been and what are you wearing?!" Sylvester yelled making me look down at my clothes only to realize that I was still in my party dress. I totally forgot to change back and now I was about to pay for it. "do you have any idea how much time I spent looking for you?!" there it was again, angry and aggressive Sully.

He never used to raise his voice at me, it used to be neutral and calm and soothing, but now it's just bitter and filled with anger. "well clearly you didn't look that long if you were sleeping on the staircase" I retaliated and it seemed to make him more angry.

"listen Sully I'm tired can we talk about this in the morning?"
"no, do you have any idea of the amount of damage you could have caused us today, for fuck sakes I thought you were kidnapped again, I was about to go on a fucking killing spree, just to find you" he let out and I couldn't yell but scoff. "you would have done that without me being "lost" so don't use me as some type of leverage to do it"i folded my arms around my chest as I glared at him.

"I'm trying to protect you, why must you act like a child and be so difficult about it!"
"no, you're trying to clear your conscience and feel needed again like the good old days . Wanna know where I was, I was out on a date with someone WHO DOESN'T LIE TO ME EVERY STEP OF THE WAY!" okay maybe I shouldn't have told him that I snuck out to go on a date, but he really has the audacity to try and control my life.

" you snuck out, to go on a date, please don't tell me you're that stupid and that naive to go out on a date when there are people trying to hurt you to get to me!" he snapped and that was the cue for Rico to leave, as much as I didn't want to be left alone with Sylvester, I didn't want him to be involved as well.
I understood what he was saying and maybe it was stupid of me to leave when there's a target on my head, but I couldn't let it stop me from living and tonight I felt alive, in public, with Kevin.

Plus Kevin is a cop, if anything would have happened to me in public he would be there to protect me. I was done with this conversation, I had nothing else to say to him cause clearly all he wanted to do was yell at me. I started to walk away but I felt a hand wrap around my waist. "Let. Me. Go!" I yelled as I tried to push his hands off of me but his grip was too tight.

"we're not done talking"
"well I am, since all you want to do is yell at me like some fucking child!"

I felt my body slowly lift up from the ground as I  started kicking the air.

*knock knock*

I stopped struggling and he let me down as there was a knock on the door. It was 3am why would someone be knocking this late. Sylvester looked at me and then Rico who just walked in. "Get her to her room, I'll deal with this" Sylvester said as he slowly grabbed his gone. "you've got to be kidding me, I'm not leaving" I retaliated which made him give me a death glare. "I don't have time for this, Rico deal with her" and he did.

He picked me up and whispered in my ear "sorry" before walking away with me, I fought and tried to hold onto the wall as hard as I could and that's when the door opened to reveal his perfect green eyes. "you can drop the gun Sylvester, I'm just here to drop off Nicole's shoes and...underwear" Kevin said with hesitation and I got embarrassed. "Rico let me go, I know him" I said and so he did.

I didn't realize that I left a pair of shoes with him and to be honest I didn't think he'd bring them back at this hour. "Who the fuck are you?!" Sylvester didn't drop his gun as it was still pointed to Kevin's head,which made me walk over to the two. "Hey Kevin, thank you, you really didn't have to go through any trouble to  bring this to me" I said as I placed my hands over Sylvesters and slowly pushed his gun down, away from Kevin.

Feeling the cold metal on my palms was uncomfortable, I've never touch a gun, let alone I've never gotten this close to one either. But every time I'm with Sylvester I seem to do a lot of things that I never thought I would. "it's not a problem Nicole, I'll see you later at the Café hopefully" he said before turning around and placing my shoes on the table next to the door before leaving.

I closed the door and turned to look at Sylvester who's eyes glared at mine. He wasn't impressed, I wonder if he knows Kevin is a-"You're fucking the Fed's!" he yelled as if he could read my mind. "Jesus Sully can we not do this right now, I'll see you in the morning gosh" I said and left.
I  could feel him try to stop me but Rico stopped him instead and said something to him that I couldn't hear but it made Sylvester turn around and go to his own room.
