It was a long and quiet drive to Albertos mothers house. Which left a lot of room and time for my thoughts to run wild. I started to think about Nicole and whether she and papa were getting along which was doubtful, then I found myself thinking about her and Kevin and whether he would be able to make her feel the way I did, or make her feel better than I did before we fell apart.

Flashback

"stop twitching your eyes and keep them shut, we're almost there" I said as I directed Nicole to her surprise with my hands covering her eyes. "you're going to make me fall, or worse bump into something" she said with a little chuckle.
"YOU trust me do you not?" I turned her around to face me as I cupped her face. "yes I trust you, but what's going on?" she placed her arms on my chest and slowly tried to turn around to see her surprise, but I quickly moved her face to face mine.

"you'll see, now no more complaining" I placed my hands over her eyes once more and directed her into the backyard patio where her surprise was waiting. "okay I'm going to let you go now okay, open your eyes" I said gently into her right ear.

"woah, it's...it's amazing, you did this?!" she said in excitement as she took in the view, the patio was decorated with fairy lights and flowers. "yes, just for you" I replied as I slowly made my way down the patio stairs to her. "but...but...why?" she was happy and confused at the same time which made me grin.

"I know that I haven't been very present in our relationship for a while because of work so I wanted to do something special for you to show you that I'm still committed to you and to us and that from now on you'll be my number one priority, whenever you need me" i said and I meant it. She has completely taken over my mind and my heart to the point where I would do anything for her even if she didn't know my truth, I'd protect her from it.

Flashback over

And I still mean it. She is my number one priority right now and she will always come first,even if we aren't together. "we're here boss" Rico said as we pulled up a few meters away from the house. "let's get this over with" I said as we made our way out of the car with our guns.

"is he inside?"
"yes, one of the men said he just arrived a few minutes ago"
"good, make sure his mother is tied up and sees everything, I want him to feel every bodily pain possible, while his mother watches, make sure everyone is in position."

We moved towards the backdoor of the kitchen and scooped out the scenery. Rico sent two men to silently break in through the front door while we made our way through the back.

I kicked the backdoor open and went in gun first while Rico followed. All we could here was screaming from Albertos mother until a gun was fired and it went silent
"my apologies Mrs Lucchese, we're here for you son" I said with a smirk as I clicked my gun back.

Alberto looked at me and was about to grab a knife but he was too slow for the bullet that penetrated his hand as Rico shot him. "Son of a bxtch, you'll pay for this!" Alberto screamed as he held his hand trying to stop the bleeding. "Rico tie them up"

Rico went to up Mrs Lucchese which made Alberto punch him. "my mother has nothing to do with this, leave her out of it!" he said making Rico punch him back, this time making Alberto hit the ground,which made her scream.

I made my way towards him and crouched down to face him as I lightly tapped my gun on his face." You should have thought about that, before involving Nicole into this" I said as I kicked him.

It took a few minutes to tie both of them up but it was worth it. Rico tied her up to a chair while I tied up Albertos hands as he stayed kneeling with blood on his face. "now let the fun begin" I chuckled as I kicked him in the stomach while his mother screamed with tears in her eyes. "STOP IT! LEAVE MY SON ALONE!" she repeated in cries but nothing she said would make me stop.

Albertos face went blue and purple as it started to swell up. "you're a dead man Gravano" he coughed out. "you think killing me will protect your precious Nicole, well it won't. Cough cough there's way worse coming her way and you don't even realize it" I grabbed his collar and pulled him up to face me
"see that's where you're wrong, I'll take care of anybody who even thinks about coming near her, to bad no one's here to help you" I chucked as I threw him back onto the ground.

"she's in way more danger than you think, you thought that what I did was bad, just wait until you meet your match asshole!"

The gun went off instantly and then the loud cries followed immediately after. Alberto was laying on the ground silent as his blood ran down his head. He knew this day would come, he met his fate.

"let's go Rico, Mrs Lucchese enjoy the rest of your day" I said as I walked over Albertos dead body and left.

Rico and I made our way back to the car and drove off. "what do you think he meant when he said you would meet your match?" Rico asked. "I don't know and I'm not concerned about it, we have more important business to attend to now that Alberto is dead"
