Y/N's POV:

"I'm so excited. I can't believe I'm going to Italy for my first holiday flying solo. It has been my dream since I was 13. And now, eight years later, I finally raised the money to get me to Italy for a week. I think I might just sleep a bit on the plane, then I can sight-see all day when I get to Rome." wrote Y/N in her journal in the taxi on the way to Dublin airport. Dublin airport wasn't exactly ideal since she was closer to cork airport but Y/N knew that she wouldn't get a cheap flight from there.

As Y/N got on the plane, she was swarmed with butterflies in her stomach. The good kind. She slept most of the journey but woke up for the last twenty minutes or so. She looked out her window to see the breath-takingly beautiful over sight of Italy. "Oh...my...god" She mumbled lightly in amazement. "Bello, vera?" said the Italian man seated next to her. Luckily, Y/N learned the basic Italian phrases that might come in handy as an English speaker. "Lei parla inglese?" She said politely, with a feeling she'd be saying that a lot this week. "Oh, Sì. Beautiful, yes?" He replied in translation. Y/N nodded with a smile "Sì"

As Y/N got off of the plane, the sun hit her face. Despite it only being April, the weather was exceptional. "Welcome to Rome, the local time is 10:24 Am." Read a sign inside the door of the airport. Y/N then went to one of the many taxi stands in the airport wondering when she could get a ride to her hotel. As she turned around she accidentally bumped someone, knocking her bag to the ground. "oh my god I'm so sorry!" apologised Y/N as she helped the girl lift her bag from the ground. "It's okay, don't worry about it, please." Said the girl with a smile. The two locked eyes. She was beautiful. "Hey, uh you look confused, need any help?" Asked the girl who apparently had time to help a tourist. "Ummm... yes, actually. I need to get a taxi?" Asked Y/N, grateful that someone could help her. "Okay, where do you want to go?" Y/N handed her the card with the hotel location on it. "Oh yes. My band and I will actually be passing there on our way back to the studio, if you want to come with us." She said gesturing to her bandmates. "A-are you sure?" Asked Y/N, surprised by the kindness of a woman she met 3 minutes ago. "Of course, its no worries. I'm Victoria." She said. Y/N Took her hand and shook it.

She got into the taxi and met the other bandmates. "Hey! I'm Damiano and this is Ethan and Thomas." said the bandmate sitting opposite her. "I'm Y/N, its nice to meet you." Y/N noticed Victoria mention her hotel to the taxi driver. She suspected telling him where to drop her off. "So Y/N, where are you from?" asked Ethan as they started driving. "I'm from Ireland, its my first time travelling alone and well... its off to a bit of a rocky start" She said, smirking at Victoria. "what about you guys? Where were you?" asked Y/N, trying to make conversation. "We were in London for a while. but we only have little time back home here. We need to go to Rotterdam in 2 and half weeks." Said Victoria. Y/N was amazed how they were travelling so much. "May I ask what your band name is?" Thomas replied quickly, as if he was almost waiting for this question to arise. "We're Måneskin, hopefully you might see us sometime. we're competing in Eurovision." Y/N was taken aback. "The Eurovision?!?!" she blurted in astonishment. Victoria giggled and buried her head. "sorry I'm just... Oh my god! I'm a huge fan of the eurovision. It's like religion in my family to watch it every year!" They all continued to lightly chuckle. But Y/N was still amazed. About five minutes later they stopped at Y/N's hotel.
"hey, I'll give you my number. In case you need any help you know?" said Victoria, handing you her phone to put in your number. Childish giggles came from the 3 guys, Vic shot them a look. Y/N got out of the taxi and checked into the hotel. She then awaited a text from the beautiful girl she met that day. Then, her phone buzzed.
"hey, it's Vic! So..."
