Figured Hanaji deserves someone too ^^

Kio Sakato, the top musician in Japan. He was born in Britain, his mother leaving back to Japan with him just a few weeks after he was born. His quirk allows him to levitate and move things with his mind, but only up to the size of a small chair, it's not very strong. He rides around on a yellow vespa, and normally has an electric gutair with him. For shows, he uses a double necked electric gutair, which he loves.
He doesnt really stay in one place for long, traveling around japan in fancy hotels, just enjoying being on the move. He's also considered a criminal due to his past of robbing rich people for jewels, stopping after taking off as a musician
