He has the quirk "Ink", which allows him to create and manipulate his ink into whatever he wants, normally keeping it nearby as a scarf that floats around him and changes colors. He can also turn himself into a puddle of ink to get through small spaces and escape villains. Which also means he can choose how to reform, he tends to keep the same appearance though. As a pro, his main work involves infiltrating villains by turning into members.
His younger sister is Himiko Toga He was previously married, but is now divorced. He winds up having a set of twins while attending UA, Named Ash and Firo
