Chapter 2: Dqrwkhu ghdo?

You were speechless. You just got hit by a car, almost died, made a deal with a triangle to save your life. Now you were watching said triangle use your body.

"Hey! Wait," you started floating closer to your body, "How do you know my name?" you never told him your name, you really couldn't tell him anything.

"Hahaha look kid," he laughed, stopping abruptly making you float right through yourself " I know everything" As you were about to start speaking again he repeated himself this time his voice becoming much deeper, more demonic.

'Everything?' you thought to yourself. 'He knows everything? Seems like a bit much for a tiny triangle brain.'

"Hey uh how about we go back to my place and talk things out?" you asked quietly, you couldn't think of anything else to say. You couldn't even process what just happened. Maybe this was just a sick, twisted and weird dream?

He let out a small 'hmm' thinking about whether this was a good idea. He could possess you any time he wanted so he didn't have to worry about that, but it's been so long since he was in a human. "Fine," he sighed. You didn't know what answer you were expecting but it shocked you.

You saw him cross your arms and put all your weight on one leg, "Well what are you waiting for? Show the way." he commanded. You just started to float to your house thinking to yourself about what you were gonna do next.

For someone who "knew everything" he got quite lost a lot. It took you guys an hour and a half to get back, usually, it took under 30 minutes. But having to go back and forth to drag your body added an hour to the trip.

Once you got home you let out a small sigh of relief. That relief slowly washed away once you saw the dream demon still in your body.

"Look Bill?" You waited for him to confirm that, that was his name, "You cant uh stay in my body" You started, "I need it uh I" you didn't know what to say, you knew you didn't want to make the demon mad because well he's a demon. But you wanted your body back. "I'll do anything just give me back my body" you stated much more confidently

"Nope"

"What?"

"A deals a deal kid," he said making his way to the kitchen "I save you" he started rummaging for something but you weren't sure what of, " You let me use your body." He smiled once he saw the utensils drawer and began slamming the draw on your hand. You cringed at the sound almost as if you could feel the pain yourself. "God pain, what a wonderfully horrible feeling".

"I can give you money? Fame? Anything," you began to beg "please just give me back my body"

He paused, leaving your poor hand alone for a while. "How about we take turns?"

"What?"

"I'll spend a couple of hours in your body and I'll give it right back," He turned to you and gave you a devilish smile. You really didn't like the sound of that, but it was much better than never getting your body back. "It'll be temporary. All you need to do is work with me," he pointed to himself.

"Why do you even need a body?" You asked raising an eyebrow.

"God kid, you ask a lot of questions," he rolled his eyes.

"I deserve to know," you pouted "It's my body your in"

"If I can get stuff to build a body I can use that one and not steal yours," he said in an annoyed tone, "not that hard to understand."

You didn't say anything, I mean you couldn't. On one hand, you had a shot to get your body back, on another last time you made a deal with this weird Dorito you got yourself stuck without a body.
