Ivory POV

"We couldn't get him Your Majesty."

Ivory rolled her eyes. Her eyes traced back to her dagger. She stood up from her throne, completely ignoring the men who knelt in front of her.

"And why is that? What wonderful excuse will you use this time?" she taunted, walking towards the window.

"There were people protecting him-"

"How many?" she interrupted.

"Two."

"You couldn't kill two people?" she asked, slowly turning towards them. "Are you not the best hunters in the kingdom?"

"We are-" one began.

"Well clearly you aren't. Because the best always succeed and you didn't." she told him, picking up her dagger. "You know what? I don't need your services anymore."

"What?" the men looked at each other in confusion.

"I'll do it myself."

Tommy POV

"Like this?"

"Your stance is all wrong."

Tommy groaned, "You don't have to be so blunt."

"Hey, you were the one who came to me for lessons. You're the student, remember? Don't question my methods." Techno rolled his eyes.

Tommy swore under his breath, but looked up at Techno, hoping to see the right way to do it.

Techno smirked, "Crouch lower to the ground and make sure to keep your balance."

Tommy did what he said, watching as Techno moved closer to him. He assumed Techno would simply observe him, but this was Techno. The pinkette walked beside him, standing still for a moment.

Then, without warning, he pushed Tommy sideways, causing the blonde to fall over.

"What the heck?!" Tommy shouted, now laying on the ground.

"I said to maintain your balance. I should never be able to push over, especially not that easily." Techno shrugged, holding out his hand to help Tommy up.

Tommy huffed, but took Techno's hand anyway, allowing him to pull him to his feet. "When are we going to get to the actual training?" he complained, longing to actually use a sword.

"We are training." Techno replied shortly.

Tommy rolled his eyes, sighing. "Thank you."

"For what?" Techno turned to him, confusion sparking in his eyes.

"Training me... I was afraid you didn't like me after I followed you." he commented, biting his lip.

Techno chuckled, "I'm not going to lie, you scared me after that little adventure. But that doesn't mean I didn't like you."

"Really?"

"Of course not, I liked you as soon as I met you." Techno admitted, looking into Tommy's eyes. "I could tell you weren't what people always said and I admired that."

"And what did people say about me?" Tommy asked curiously.

"They always said you were just like the queen. Heartless and snobby."

Tommy laughed, "I suppose people make assumptions without even seeing me."

Techno smiled, "I'm glad to say they were wrong. Very wrong."

The blonde walked closer to the older boy, grinning up at him. Without really thinking, he wrapped his arms around his torso, hoping to show how grateful he was. "Thank you... for everything."

"Of course, little brother." Techno said, hugging the boy closer. "I would do it all again in a heartbeat."
