Raphael stood up, getting out of McGee's desk chair. He skirted around the desk wearily, trying not to show his concern to the agents. The last thing he needed was to make himself appear more guilty. Avivi had to have said something good to them, something good enough to question his story and at least consider hers. Yeah, her story was true, but at least he wasn't wanted for murder and treason.
Raphael let himself be guided by the two male agents and did not say a word. He gave a small, polite smile to Ziva as if to say, 'This is a misunderstanding, I'll be back,' though he was unsure if such a look existed. Ziva looked away from him and turned her attention towards the files on her desk, trying to look busy. Raphael turned his focus to trying to get his stories straight. He had to convince them that he was the one that wasn't lying and that Avivi could not be trusted.
Tony and McGee led Raphael out of the bullpen and down a small hall, towards the interrogation rooms. They opened the door to the first interrogation room and guided Raphael inside. Raphael sat himself in one of the metal chairs without complaint. He crossed his legs and leaned back as if he didn't have a care in the world.
Tony placed himself on the opposite side of the table, across from Raphael. McGee walked behind Tony and stood at the far corner of the room. Once MeGee got to the corner, Tony started the interrogation.

Gibbs left Avivi's room at a quick pace, but turned back to make sure that the officer was still outside her door. A burly man in a policemen's uniform stood, leaning against the frame of her hospital room door. He nodded his acknowledgement of Gibbs before breaking eye contact.
Gibbs turned back around, and made his way over to the nurses' station. Avivi may have said she was willing to stay out of the way of the rest of the investigation, but Gibbs was not convinced. He knew that the girl would not give up as easily as she was claiming, not after everything she had to put herself through to get as far as she has.
The agent stood in front of the nurses' desk and gave them all a kind smile. "Hello. I would just like to request that you keep a close eye on the patient Avivi Jager. She is involved with our investigation." Gibbs showed his badge to the nurses for emphasis. "We want to make sure that she doesn't try anything, so if you happen to notice any suspicious behavior... Please, give me a call." He handed one of the nurses his card and spun on his heel, leaving the hospital.
Once he was outside he made his way to the car and started his trek back to NCIS.

Raphael watched the agents carefully, trying to get all the information he could. He needed to know what angel he would have to play to get out of this mess. He may have been able to convince Mossad to not question him, but these guys seemed to be a little more... informed? Yeah, that had to be it. Raphael knew that if he said the wrong thing he was done for. They would lock him up and throw away the key faster than he could blink. He knew these guys meant business and weren't going to fool around,
"What do you want to know?" He tried to play it off like he had nothing to hide. He knew he should be okay if he stuck to the story that he had given Mossad.
"Let's start off easy." Tony stated calmly. His demeanor a lot different than when he had first arrived back to NCIS. "Why did you come to the U.S?"
Raphael let himself chuckle, "I already told you. They had information that Avivi would be coming to Virginia and so they sent me to take her back to Israel."
Tony leaned forward, propping his elbows on the table between them. "You know what doesn't make sense to me? You are personally involved in the case... so why would they send you to recover the person who almost killed you?" Raphael watched Tony with narrowed eyes.
"Well, while she did attempt to take my life, I cannot deny that I care for the girl. I was the one that took her in and helped train her. No one else thought she was worth the time, but I saw her potential. It is truly a shame that she had to go and kill our fellow agents..."
Tony cut him off. "About that incident... Something doesn't sit right with me. Why would Avivi want to kill those other agents?"
"Well, to get access to more resources of course! We had found out that she was leaking government information and went to go stop her."
"Yes, but why would she want to leak information? Yeah, she could get money and even if that was the case... There was no proof that she ever accessed classified information to begin with."
Raphael leaned forward as well, mirroring agent DiNozzo. "She must have wanted the money. Hell, maybe she wanted the power. She is her father's child after all. That man was as corrupt as they come. Your own boss can support that."
"Yes, but how does she go from saving an innocent man's life, whom she doesn't even know, to killing several 'innocent' men."
"She killed her own father in cold blood, agent. There is only a thin line between that and the killing of innocents." Raphael stated matter-of-factly.
The door to the interrogation room opened and Gibbs entered. He waved Tony and McGee out, taking their place.
"Hello, Gibbs." Raphael greeted coolly, visibly relaxing.
Gibbs took a seat in the chair that Tony had once occupied. "I don't think that Avivi killed those men." He stated bluntly.
"And why is that?" Raphael inquired.
"Well for starters... You were the only one with something to gain from their deaths. You were the one that would get their contacts. Why would Avivi had risked leaving you alive anyways?"
"I doubt that she intended to, Gibbs. She made the mistake of assuming that I was already dead."
Gibbs stood up out of the chair. "Maybe, but after seeing how efficient she is at killing, even if we just based our assumption off the murders of your team... How would she have been able to kill everyone is she was so careless and sloppy?"
"Maybe it was her intention to instill doubt."
"Or maybe it was yours."
