About a Week and a half later

Ranboo POV:
I sat up in my bed breathing heavily. Where was ? What was happening? I don't remember anything. Who am I, what's the voice I hear?? Book, I remember the word book. I looked around finding a book. I started looking through it, calming down as I got answers.
Ok, so my name is Ranboo, uh, the voice, it's always correct, and there's stuff in here about different people. Tubbo, he has goat features and is one of my best friends. Tommy, also a good friend, blond hair, red and white t-shirt, and there's a few more people in here like Techno, Wilbur, Philza and stuff.
I was mainly calm until I noticed my wrists. I stared at the gauze wrapped around them curiously. "What happened?" I thought aloud and started going through the book more. I stopped, my eyes went wide as I dropped the book. No, I-I, why would I..? I heard a voice telling me it was true, nothing in particular was true. Just that it was true.
The voice started getting louder saying more things, I covered my ears shaking. This isn't right, is it? Why is this happening, why is it so loud, the voice says I deserve this. Do I really? Tubbo doesn't think so right, he likes me, we're friends. It said in my book, right?
