Time certainly flew.
Because before the Hogwarts students knew it, it was snowing outside, and holidays were near. Nora and Draco didn't have many opinions on snow, they enjoyed playing, but it caused them to get a cold.
Hermione on the other hand, loved the snow. She adored how the snowflakes cooled her skin, before melting away. Making snowmen was not only fun, but it was time passing. Ice skating was another enjoyable activity the Gryffindor did with her parents during winter break. The Granger family went to an ice rank, skated there for an hour or so, then went home and made some hot chocolate while sitting next to the fire. Surprisingly, Hermione was awful at this, always slipping and needing to hold onto the rails, while her parents skated together gracefully.
"You'll get it one day, 'Mione," they had always said.
"Mother wants us to return home," stated Draco, one day at breakfast. Nora rolled her eyes.
"Honestly I'm not too sure if I want to go," Nora said, eating her fruit.
"Why?"
"I don't know, I just have a bad feeling...and I really don't want to return home."
"Is it about You-Know-Who?" Draco wondered, lowering his voice.
"Damn it Draco, how did you know?"
"You're easy to read," her cousin shrugged. "Nora, you don't have to worry, he's not back, and our family isn't involved with that stuff anymore."
"I'm still going to worry regardless. And besides, how do you know that they aren't involved, or that he isn't back? I mean, now that I think about it...Diggory's death doesn't make sense...like how he died regardless of all the precautions the judges took..."
"Diggory just had bad luck," Draco shrugged. "You can't assume that You-Know-Who is back just because of that."
'Actually you can.' Is what Nora wanted to tell her cousin. But, she could tell that the conversation was making him uneasy, so she decided to just nod.
"If it makes you feel better," He began, making Nora look at him. "If things go bad...I'll be there to protect you."
The girl was silent for a few moments, before letting out a small laugh, "Wow Draco, didn't know you could be so chessy."
Secretly however, she felt more reassured by his words. At least she'll always have him...

"Is everything ready?"
"Yes My Lord," replied the dark haired man. He nervously glanced at the end of table, before quickly looking away.
"Wonderful then, everything should be running smoothly."
The dark haired man almost sighed in relief, as he was about to leave.
