Nora Lestrange was going to die.

And it wasn't going to be because of old age or anything. It was because of the O.W.L exams. Finally, after months of preparing, and lots of last minute cramming, they were finally here.

Pansy woke her up earlier then usual, claiming to not have been able to sleep anymore. Nora agreed, but why did she have to wake up too? A few extra minutes in bed never hurt anybody.

The two of them plus Draco sat together at breakfast, barely touching their food and reviewing. But it seemed like everyone was doing just that.

"Nora no! You're doing it wrong!" Exclaimed Draco.

"I am not," She hissed back. "I've studied this!"

"Draco, you're the one that's wrong," interrupted Pansy.

"Oh."

Of course, Nora was nervous. But she was also slightly confident. She had been reviewing with Granger for the past few months, and her cousin, the smartest people of their year.

And Nora had less to stress about, after all her future was decided for her anyways.

Their first exam, was Charms. Nora wasn't too worried for this one, as she said before on past occasions, that the subject was fairly simple. After breakfast, they were all told to stand up and to get their things off of the tables. The tables then turned into smaller ones with a few chairs around them.

A group of adults, the examiners, walked into the Great Hall. Nora expected them to go to a table, but instead they passed the teacher's table and into a door that was behind it.

"Everyone," called Mcgonagall. "Please listen to your name, and go to the table that you are assigned to."

After everyone was sorted into tables, and checked for any possible cheating, the exam finally began.

Apparently, the smaller tables in the Great Hall were just for waiting, and the actual test was in the room with the professors. Nora was a bit upset with this, since there wasn't any chances of copying.

But thankfully for her, she had to wait a good amount of time before it was her turn. Meaning that she had the chance to review a little bit more.

"You still have to go before me and Pansy," Draco reminded her. Nora glared at him, and pretended that his words didn't make her stressed.

    "Lestrange, Eleanor...Lewis, Katie."

Pansy gave her a nervous look as Nora got up. She gave her bag to Draco, and followed Lewis, a Ravenclaw, to the exam room.

It was a pretty normal room, there was a wide and long table with different objects on them, with the examiners behind the tables. They were all holding quills and clipboards.

First, a lady waved her wand at Nora and waited for a moment. After a moment of waiting, she nodded her head and allowed Nora to pass, and pointed to an examiner.

She was probably checking for cheating charms, Nora thought, walking to the examiner that she was assigned to.

"Alright Miss Lestrange," the examiner begun. "Your first task is to take this egg right here, and make it float."

Nora nodded, almost scoffing at how simple the task was. She waved her wand and muttered the incantation--the first incantation that she had learned when coming to Hogwarts--and watched as the egg float. The examiner wrote something down in her clipboard, before looking at Nora again.
