Of how justice works, nowadays

I heard a noise coming from the fence,
I want to make a move, but I chose silence,
The next morning, I opened the door,
That's when I saw blood on the floor.

The cops said it's suicide,
But, the whereabouts were seen on the seaside,
Nobody really pays attention to the case,
No one ever again visited the crime place.

The case was dismissed later on,
The people were screaming, "Where's the justice on this nation?"
Is it because of the lack of testament?
Or maybe, because the authority lacked on development?

A nation needs responsible and honest leaders,
Not a ruthless, criminal and definitely plunderers,
Don't let them use their power to control the majority,
Never let their rotten personality reign in our society.
