Chapter 19
I don't think I've ever been so hung over in my entire life, I groaned when the light hit my eyes I literally felt like the whole world was swaying I squeezed my eyes shut waiting for the dizziness to stop, I felt a pain in my knee too which made me seriously question what had happened the night before.
Craig nuzzled his face into my neck and left a light kiss there; "On a scale of 1 to 10 how hung over are you?"
"11." I grumbled, I heard him chuckle as he got off the bed and went somewhere. I forced myself to sit up and open my eyes; the dizziness had ceased slightly but not much. Craig crawled back into bed beside me moments later and he held his hand out. In his palm were two small white pills, I took them and popped them in my mouth. He then handed me a glass of water; I swallowed the pills and sipped on the water. "I'm pretty sure I'm still drunk." I said as I lay my head on Craig's shoulder.
"I wouldn't be surprised with the amount you drank last night. You drank vodka like it was pop." He said smirking. "You TJ and CC ran down the street attempting to sing something which I'm pretty sure wasn’t in English and you fell and hit your knees off the pavement." So that's why my knee hurt. I looked down at my knee where they were newly formed scabs over my knees I also noticed I was in my pajamas. "Also, you and CC managed to get Ashley Purdy so pissed that he began rapping something along the lines of 'fucking the haters, literally'." Sounded like Ash I thought. "It was so funny though, you provided entertainment for us all."
"Oh god." I buried my face in Craig's shoulder.
"You think that’s bad? It's not as bad as what Danny and Ben did."
"What's worse than running and singing down the street at stupid hours in the morning screaming at the top of your lungs and falling over?" I asked.
"Thinking you can fly so you jump off a bar counter." I looked Craig in the eye saw he was genuinely serious and burst out laughing. "But besides from that it was a good night."
"Shame I can't remember anything." I frowned. "I guess we got to get ready to head out?"
"You guessed right, I put all your stuff in your bag so you didn't have to do it and rush." Craig said sheepishly.
"Naw babe you do know how to please me." I smiled kissing his lips. "I'm going to go quickly freshen up because I probably look like shit." I got up and walked over to the bathroom.
"You look fine, just be done in 5 minutes or else we'll face the wrath of our manager." Craig called after me; I looked in the mirror and cringed at my appearance. My eye makeup was smudged and my hair stuck up in all different directions.
"Craig you lied when you said I didn't look like shit because I really do!" I heard the bathroom door open and saw Craig come up behind me in the reflection; he wrapped his arms around my waist and rested his chin on my shoulder.
"Whether you're make up’s messed up or hair sticks up you'll still be perfect to me." I melted inside.
"I love you so much."
"Love you more." He kissed the crook of my neck before letting me get ready. I brushed my hair and stuck it in a ponytail and willed the eye makeup away from my eyes. I didn't look much better but I'd just wear sunglasses to hide the dark circles under my eyes. I walked out the bathroom and saw Craig sat on the bed waiting for me.
"Good to go?" He asked me. I nodded and picked my bag up off the floor before following Craig out of the room and down to the lobby where the rest of the band were waiting. No one really talked as we made our way to the bus and everyone except Craig was wearing sunglasses and a beanie. I smirked as they dragged their feet across the sidewalk.
"You look like a scene out of the walking dead." I smirked.
"I feel like the walking dead." Was the response I got from TJ. I shook my head and hooked my arm around Craig's and rested my head on his shoulder as we walked. Luckily no fans stopped us as we got to the bus.
Much to the guys’ disapproval, the arena for the show was a few blocks away and they wouldn't move the bus from its current location so after we packed all the stuff for the show we hopped in a taxi their manager hired and we were drove up to the arena. The guys got out and were guided to their cabin thing where they began getting ready for their show. I was split from them about 15 minutes before they took the stage and was guided to the merch tables I saw that the merch had been set up already, which I was thankful for.
Crowds of people flowed through the gates. Some went to the stage area where ETF were about to take the stage; others went to the merch tables. I sold a couple hundred $'s worth of merch before their set began. I watched the guys perform they were amazing as always, after their set they had a sighing at the merch table. They walked over; I ran up to Craig and hugged him tight.
"You rocked." I smiled kissing him.
"Thank you baby." He beamed, he wrapped his arm around my waist and we walked the rest of the way to the merch table where there was a line of fans already ageing.
"Thank god shade!" Robert exclaimed making the fans who could hear him laugh. The guys took their places behind the table (I sat on Craig's lap as there weren't enough chairs) and the first fan came up to the table. The signing took a good half hour with all the photos and autographs and greetings but finally it was over.
"Let's party!" Kevin cheered as we walked back to the bus we all cheered in approval as we boarded the bus.
