I woke up the next morning with a weird feeling in my stomach, I thought it might've just been I was hungry but when I stood up I had the sudden feeling that I needed to throw up. "Baby?" Nick asked, chasing after me to the bathroom. I threw up in the toilet while Nick rubbed my back.

"Shit." I said when I was done, flushing the toilet and looking at Nick. "Sorry." I wiped my mouth with my forearm and stood up.

"Don't be sorry." He kissed my forehead and scratching my back soothingly.

"I think I'm going to go back to bed." I said quietly, my whole body ached.

"I'm going to be downstairs, do you think you can eat something?" I nodded and squeezed his hand. "I'll be back up soon with some food, try to rest."

I tried to figure out why I felt like this, I wasn't stressed, I wasn't thinking about anything bad, I wasn't dehydrated.

When I woke up again Nick was sitting on the balcony in an orange chair, sipping a beer and reading something, his feet up on the quarter wall railing kind of thing. "You're up." He said happily when I walked outside, massaging my hip with his thumb. "How are you feeling?"

"Good." I grabbed his phone off the fence railing and looked at the time. "Beer at eleven in the morning? What's the occasion?" I giggled and pecked his lips, heading back inside and getting changed into short black shorts and Nick's light blue t-shirt with the panda on the back over a simple light green bikini before grabbing a plate of eggs off the coffee table and sitting on the balcony with Nick. I hummed a song that I just remembered while eating, Nick nudged me with his foot.

My voice came out melodic and soothing even to my ears I smiled and laughed but he looked like he was in awe.

"How is your voice so... Amazing?"

I ate all of my food, looking out at the water when I felt Nick's gaze on me.
"What?" I asked.

"How did I get such a great boyfriend?" He asked breathlessly, standing up and kissing my neck.

"Probably because you're hot."

He laughed and pulled back, picking up my plate out of my lap. "That's not why."

"You're right, what's the reason then?"

"My personality." He winked and I smacked his ass before he left the room.

"Hey." I smiled when I saw Nick and his mom at the bottom of the stairs.

His mom hugged me unexpectedly. "I heard your voice and god it's fucking amazing." She laughed and kissed my cheek before pulling back and handing me something. "These always helped when I was sick." I opened the brown paper bag, inside was something that looked kind of like a croissant with nuts.

"Thank you." I smiled at her. "Where are we going?" I asked Nick.

"I want to show you around Kalokairi."
