"What about this one?" Delilah pointed at a plain white wedding dress. I hummed and shook my head no, wandering around the store until I found the one.
[This bc I'm bad at explaining:
]
White lace and spaghetti straps. It was beautiful. I took the hook off the rack and went back into the changing room, taking off my crop top and Nick's basketball shorts. "What do you think?" I asked quietly when Delilah saw me.
"It's perfect. You look stunning oh my god." She fixed the strap and stepped back to look at me. "If you don't get this I'm killing you."
I smiled and laughed, picking up the skirt to walk to the mirror. "It is perfect."
"Great now this dress or this one?" She held up two green bridesmaids dresses, one had spaghetti straps and the other had half sleeves and a flowy skirt.
I pointed to the spaghetti straps. "It will match mine more, and look, there's little butterflies at the bottom. It's perfect."
We left with a total of five hundred dollars. "I thought you were joking when you said Nick was a millionaire." Delilah hissed quietly as I paid with the credit card Nick made me get.
"Nope." The cashier folded the dresses neatly into bags and handed them back. "He makes like millions of dollars every year I guess."
"Goddamn, Karl."
I took her to what was supposed to be my room in the small hotel, finding Sarah already in the room. "Move, perra." Delilah said to Sarah, shooing her away. I pulled their bridesmaids dresses out of the bags.
"Try these on, please?" They put them on. They both looked absolutely beautiful. Someone opened the door and I turned around, seeing Nick coming in.
"Wow." He said, grinning and looking at Delilah and Sarah.
"You aren't supposed to see them." I smiled and giggled, putting my hands on his sides as he came over to me, kissing me.
"I just want to see my beautiful fiancé." He smiled and ran his knuckles along my jaw. "How are you?"
I kissed him again. "Perfect."
Sarah whistled while Delilah gagged. "Have you thrown up at all today?"
"Nope." I grinned.
"Alright, I love you. See you tonight baby." He kissed me one more time before leaving, closing the door behind himself. He had his bachelor party today and me and the girls were going down to the beach.
"Sing us something!" Sarah yelled as I stood up, they were both a little tipsy.
"What do you want to hear?" I laughed and splashed water at her.
"SUPER TROUPER!" They both shouted.
We all broke into laughter, Super Trouper was our song.
"Super Trouper light are gonna find me
But I won't feel blue
Like I always do
'Cause somewhere in the crowd there's you."
I started off strong, winking at Delilah and dancing.
"I was sick and tired of everything."
They both joined in.
"When I called you last night from Glasgow
All I do is eat and sleep and sing
Wishing every show was the last show
So imagine I was glad to hear you're coming
Suddenly I feel alright
And it's gonna be so different when I'm on the stage tonight."
I was the only one who could reach the note, it's was hilarious.Nick and his group of guys started coming down the stairs.
"Tonight the Super Trouper lights are gonna find me
Shining like the sun
Smiling, having fun
Feeling like a number one
Tonight the Super Trouper beams are gonna blind me
But I won't feel blue
Like I always do
'Cause somewhere in the crowd there's you."
My eyes found Nick's and I laughed, running up to him when he was on the sand and hooking my legs around his waist and arms around his neck, kissing him passionately."We heard you from the hotel." He laughed after pulling back. "You taste good."
Delilah and Sarah had started making out. I hummed and kissed him again, closing my eyes and melting into his lips. The sun had already set and no one else was out on the beach. I sat between Nick's legs, watching his goons swim around in the water and splash each other. Nick put his hands on my stomach and I put mine over his, smiling and leaning back against his chest. "You're going to be a great father." I told him quietly, my eyes drooping with sleep.
"You are too, baby." He ran his hand up and down my bloated stomach. "I can't wait."
