"Where are your boys now, Riley?" Hyunwoo sneered, his hot breath fanning across Riley's face.
She instinctively coughed, Hyunwoo reeling back in disgust.
"You dirty- I'll make you regret that."
Riley gaped at the man in shock.
No way he thought that was intentional?
During his tantrum over a cough, Riley could hear a very distinct voice.
"Aein. Listen closely."
It was Hoseok. He had picked up the phone during Hyunwoo's rant, during the time Riley was pinned to the window.
"Did you send Doyun to pick me up from the airport just to rape me?" She asked, her voice bold, but shaky all at once.
Her once respected friend stopped and straightened his shoulders, a proud smirk on his face. It was disgusting.
"Obviously. Why else would he have told you all the things I did to convince you to stay? 'Korea is dangerous for a girl like you' is that how he said it? Or how we said it?"
Riley's blood ran cold.
"So what did you think would happen? I'd say you were right and run home, despite my disability?"
"It didn't hurt to try~" Hyunwoo suddenly sounded drunk, like he was getting off on how he used her.
"You're a pig." Riley said, her voice raised slightly.
He laughed, grabbing a fist full of the girl's light strawberry like hair.
"And you are a whore. I bet you slept with each member of that band. Especially J-Hope."
Despite the pain of her hair getting yanked from its roots, Riley had to suppress a laugh at the use of Hoseok's stage name.
"I knew something was up the minute you sent me his number." Hyunwoo shoved her to her knees.
Riley groaned in pain, resulting in a loud laugh in response from the man.
"So insatiable... I wonder if I can satisfy you after such use."
Her cheeks burned and her head stung. But more importantly, her pride was shattering. Hoseok was on the phone, listening to this disgusting man accuse her of such acts. It was humiliating, but Riley could handle it.
For a second, Riley was worried he'd believe it.
After all, he was gone for three weeks. Of course, that thought lasted a millisecond, as the man roughly pushed Riley on her back.
"So none of it was real. Not an ounce... not even when you bought me that necklace?" Riley spit out, practically wetting the man's face with the amount of venom in her words.
The necklace, which was still around her neck even two weeks later was definitely not from Hyunwoo.
Hyunwoo never gave the girl anything, but Hoseok did, and he had given her very clear instructions.
"Mention the necklace if you need the police to intervene. They're already on their way." He had said.
Thank god for the emergency call.
Hyunwoo froze, his hand falling from her hair. "What necklace? I never bought you any-"
BOOM.
The office door was suddenly kicked down, and multiple NYPD officers filed in, practically kicking the man off of Riley.
Riley clambered behind her desk to hide from the angry Hyunwoo.
