Minerva bit the inside of her mouth in anger, she gave it away! How could she be so stupid. She knew how well he read body language. Nicole stumbled through the room to Minerva's confusion, like she couldn't see what was around her.

"Nicole, come here" Minerva said.

Nicole turned at Minerva's voice and walked towards it. She wasn't completely blind, only in the sense that she didn't see black. She could only see a haze of light colours. Arthur didn't take his eyes off of Minerva or his smirk as he asked the guards to search the area.

"So, who's this new bestie you have?" Arthur asked.

Minerva stayed silent.

"No matter! Not much they can do" Arthur said winking at Minerva," so Nicole! How was the little experiment? Any improvements?"

"I can't see if that an "improvement"" she said drawing quotes in the air.

"She can't see!?" Minerva exclaimed.

"Oh, chill it Minny, where is your calming tea when you need it. Its all just a part of the process, my research is almost identical to the key, it heightens a part of you but it has it side effects. That's why I need to examine the key" he said with a smile.

"I really wish we'd agree about this, fate I guess"

"Tristin died! Or i don't know, worse than died!"

"Or... He was just an hallucination" Arthur said.

Nicole sat trying to grasp the issue, so many people has died over a stupid key. Greed is powerful, so is fear. They both tackled the issue in the extremes foolishly. Now there were two kids that need to live through the death of parents.

Nicole tried to focus her eyes somehow onto Arthur. She remembered his suit being blue, and looked for a blue haze while Minerva and Arthur quarrelled. She needed to do something, her plan of distracting the guards backfired terribly. She needed to at least distract him. So Minerva could make a move...  A man that remembers eveeything. His very goal of heightening Nicole was so that he could see the memories of others. She might as well take the bet. she lunged forward grabbing his arm, and instantly dragging him with her to his own memories.

Candace was in Leo's arms as they ran to the room, listening to Starr's info and using Leo's senses. They talked out the plan on how to take out anyone in the room and were preped. There would be 2-4 members in the room at most. So as soon as they reached the door. Leo pulled out wires from an outlet next to the door, twisted different ones together. Erik went and touched the doornob with just a bit of electricity.

"Give it all you've got" he told Erik, who took a deep breathe and hit it. It would shock every person near an electric outlet and, put off the current for a few seconds.

The electricity buzzed through the whole area and soon the current went out, they heard an old man curse and walk towards the door only to be shot by the door nob. They slowly opened the door and found only two old men both passed out. After dumping them in a cupboard locked up with the key, they got to work.

Leo started to go crazy with the computer, it had video recordings of all the rooms except Leo's. Erik locked the entrance with the key to give them more time.
"Listen kids, this research centre does regular research and is funded by Arthur's company, according to the government, proof of illegal research will put his company in havoc, and we'll get him out eventually. But if you want him to pay now! Then look for security footage of him talking to Nicole or Leo, he must have said something" Starr said.

"Looking...." Leo said his fingers typing faster than ever. "They are a lot of regular research shit" he said.

"Wait Leo, that room...." Erik began referring to the room he found Leo in, which was identical to his basement.

"Filled with hallucination gases" Leo said calmly," its trivial really, if you can keep calm and believe they aren't real, though I don't know why its identical to your basement"

Trivial!?! Erik thought shocked. Hallucinations aren't that easy to overcome! But Leo kept typing away.

"Tsk! No security footage! That scumbag must have shut then off while talking." Leo said.
Candace sat quietly and watched without a word, holding onto Erik's hand. Then the loud banging began, people found them! They kept screaming and a man tried to break the door with his body only to be electrocuted by Erik.

"Leo! Quick!" Erik yelled.

A smirk slowly grew on Leo's face," found it, case files of intense chemical combinations that have side effects, he's trying to replicate the key" he said.

"And nooww!" He says pulling out the dog collar, "let's mail this and make it viral!"
