Leo walked back to class with his head filled with thoughts. The reason he decided to help Erik wasn't something as noble as he stated, though he wished it was. On the day Drake came back home beaten up, Minerva shooed the kids upstairs and went with him to the dining room to attend to his wounds. As curious as Leo was, he knew all too well that you could hear everything that happens in the dining room from Candace's room. After bribing Candace and sending her off to his room, he sat in the pink filled, stuffed animal cluster that Candace calls her room. He pressed his ear to the floor and heard his mom and dad talking.

"That is stupid Drake, Rachel promised" Minerva said.

"I am just saying she may have died before she could keep that promise" Drake said.

"No! She had 3 years! She would have figured it out"

"Then why is Henry dead huh?"

"Anyone could have killed him! He was a lawyer for gods sake"

"Minerva, look at me, do you honestly believe that?"

" I.... I.... Shut up"

"Minerva, I'll figure something out, I promise"

Leo heard his mom sob, first it was muffled but then she started crying loudly. His dad was constantly trying to calm her down. Leo got up extremely confused, he was still trying to figure out whether he should tell Nicole when Erik showed up, and things got messy. He couldn't let anyone, not even himself blindly accuse his family and he didn't want to see his mom cry. He needed more information. Leo and Nicole got home that evening with Nicole whining about a headache. She went straight into her room and jumped into her sheets. Leo went to his room and sat down in front of his laptop. He logged in and instantly found jessi986 online.

Leoforthewin76: jess!! You goddess, you're online at the right moment!!

Jessi986: -_- what do you want Leo?

Leoforthewin76: I need you to find a man for me.

Jessi986: and why would I do that?

Leoforthewin76: because you're awesome like that?

Jessi986: get me a strawberry cake tomorrow and I'll help you.

Leoforthewin76: sure. I'll send you his photo.

Jessi986: photo? You want me to find a guy with just his photo?? Please tell me you have more info than that !?

Leoforthewin76: pllllleeeeaassseee!!! I'll get u a chocolate cake as well!

Jessi986: ........ Fine but why do you want me to find him?

Leoforthewin76: I'll tell you if you find his details..

Jessi986: -_______- fine... Send the pic.

Leoforthewin76: ok give me a few minutes.

Leo immediately popped out his phone and texted Erik.

Leo: Erik send me the picture that you showed me today !! Stat! - Leo

Erik: Leo?! How do you have my number? O.o

Leo: because I secretly stalk you!!!! O.O

Erik: what ?!

Leo: god dammit Erik, I got your number from Nicole, can you just send me the picture?

Erik sent the picture, and Leo made a personal note to tell Erik to get a phone with a better camera. He then sent the picture to Jessi986. After giving her all the information he knew, he started doing his own research, on Rachel waters and Luke waters, Nicole's parents. He did his research on the plane crash and the members who died, and they were there on the list. But it was also given that they were one of the few, whose body was burnt beyond recognition. Just then Leo heard a knock on his door. Reluctantly he got up and opened the door, and found a pale Nicole standing outside. Her usually tangle-free straight brunette hair , was messed up to the point of it looking like a bee hive. She was wearing her pajamas even though it was still only around 7 pm.

"Nicole?" Leo asked, trying to initiate conversation, since she was clearly failing.

"Leo, close your door and lock it" she said in a monotone.

"What? Why?" Leo asked puzzled.

"I wanna try something" Nicole said staring at the floor.

"I don't have the key to lock this room, I can only lock it with a latch"

"It doesn't matter .... Lock it...." Nicole said.

As confused as Leo was he decided to do as she says. He closed the door and locked it with the latch. He slowly took a few steps back, waiting for something to happen. And then it did, the latch clicked open and Nicole opened the door.

"How did you just.. " Leo began to ask , as Nicole held up the key that they found in the lake. She stepped in, but her footing was wobbly.

"This thing....can open anything.. " she said making her way to Leo's chair to sit down. But slipped and fell flat on her face. Leo ran and helped her sit on the chair. He kneeled down in front of her feverish figure.

"How do you know that?" He asked.

" I..I.. don't know..." Nicole said slowly. "It feels like an instinct" she said

Leo got up and placed his hand on her shoulder. What just happened made no sense, but Nicole looked extremely sick, so Leo decided to take her to her room. But just as he opened his mouth to speak, Nicole froze.

She looked straight behind him and asked,"Can you see that?"
