just like josh had suggested to her a few weeks prior to this one, she was having a sleepover with the 16 year old boy at her apartment.
and just like normal teenagers at a sleepover they were watching a movie, but instead of paying attention to it they were paying more attention to their popcorn.
to throwing their popcorn, at each other. so the sound that could be heard was, the movie playing on the tv, laughs of two very happy teenagers and sometimes a soft 'miauw' of a kitten trying to be heard.
"JOSH YOU ARE RUINING MY HAIR." ellie yelled after throwing a hand full of popcorn at the boy.
he laughed and jumped of the couch, "I DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR HAIR ELLE." he said running away from the 'angry' girl
the rest of the evening was filled with this type of chaos which made them very tired, so after a while of running around the apartment they crashed in ellie's room, trying to catch their breaths.
josh had put a mattress next to the older girls bed and laid down on his 'bed' so tired that the moment his head hit his pillow he fell asleep.
ellie looked at the boy and smiled, her whole house had been filled with laughs that night and it made her smile by even thinking back.
her happy thoughts got disturbed by the loud noise of her phone blowing up with messages.
