Chapter 7: Hearts Desire Or A Body? Part 4: Juvia's Decision

“Ow~ Juvia’s confused… I was following my precious Gray and then the floor came out from under me and then I came here… AHH!! SOMETHING IS CRAWLING ON ME!!” I run and jiggle around to get the creepy, crawly, discussion thing off me.

After several minutes I realized something. “Juvia doesn't know where she is~ Whaaa...” The walls all around me were dry and dusty that absorbed every tear that touched it. It was like hell. I felt like I was being absorbed into the dirt. Two hours past and I couldn’t feel my feet or hands. “Juvia doesn't want to die here!”

Just then, I saw something moving in the corner of my eye. “Who is there?” Nothing… “Come out!” Silence… Wait! It flashed by me again! I couldn’t see it clearly. It kept bouncing around the cave walls. Suddenly it came rushing toward me! I closed my eyes and braced for impact… nothing… I slightly opened my eyes, and to my surprise, it was floating water! … A water creature? Its head was the shape of a water droplet, and its small round body, no bigger than my head, was getting smaller every second. Its eyes were filled with fear and worry as it squeezed onto my arm. “Who are you?” It looked up at me and didn’t respond. I don’t think it has a mouth. I looked at it thoughtfully to come up with a name. “... Oh! Juvia knows! Your name will be Flow.” It looked up at me in excitement, it looked happy.

I gave Flow some of my water to help… Wait… is Flow a girl or a boy? I examined the creature again. It had a more feminine look to it. “Ok Flow, from now on you are a girl!”

We walked down the dry, dark tunnel until we saw a light. “Look Flow, Light! We can get out of here! Juvia is so happy!” I ran as fast as I could to get out of this horrible place. Once I got to the light I fell to my knees panting. My head stung because I hit it so much on the wall and my legs felt like they were going to fall off. I looked around. Everything was white. Just endless white everywhere. “Flow do you know what’s going on?” I asked but all Flow did was cling to my leg shaking. “You ok Flow?”

A bright flash of light burst out of nowhere and two things appeared. An egg, and a heart. The egg was gold and had a bit of silver on it. The heart was just a plain red heart, but it had something written on it… “Gray.”

One is you call lover,

Which one is over?

And which one is fate?
