Chapter 4: The Dragon In My Dreams and The Quest Ahead

Natsu's POV:

Floating in a cold dream of darkness, I relive Lucy's death over and over again. Seeing her face burn to a crisp in my flames, hearing her say "I love you" with her last breath and watching her soul get sucked out of her body and fall to the ground. And that one tear she shed that wiped away the ashes to reveal a small strik of her beautiful colorful skin.

Natsu...... Natsu.....Natsu.....

The strange voice that had been calling to me in my previous dreams had come again. "Who are you? GIVE LUCY BACK TO ME, NOW!!! GIVE HER BACK.....please... I didn't get to tell her...."

Natsuuu....... Come......

At this point I was starting to get annoyed, but the voice knew I had to kill Lucy, so it should now how to get lucy back. I wiped the tears off me check and got serious. "Where? And how did you know about Lucy?"

My dream whisked away faster than it came, and I found myself in Lucy's bed. I waited. I wanted Lucy's voice lecturing me scolding me. I waited for Gray to pop up in his boxers, and for Erza to walk out of the shower, dripping wet. The room that was once so warm and welcoming now has an empty cold feeling.

"Hey Natsu!" Happy said in a sleepy morning voice. I had a weird dream last night..."

"You too?"

"Aye, I wonder if anyone else had a strange dream too."

"Come on Happy, let's go ask a round the Guild."

When we got to the Guid Erza and Wendy were all packed and ready to go somewhere, Gray had clothes on and was looking around, Gajeel was standing next to them, and Happy flew over to Charles and Lily.
