Lucy Is Gone For Good?

Chapter 8: The Last Test

Lucy POV:   

 About 5 hours has passed since Natsu and the others left. I, for some reason, was unable to leave with them. I just hope they're ok. A sudden wave of fear hit me like water. Water... Why do I feel so cold and wet? Come to think of it, ever since Natsu left it felt like I've been standing in a rain storm. I shiver uncontrollably and fall to the hard ground. I curl up and breath hard. I thought I was going to fade away until several tunnels opened up to reveal everyone even Laxus. I rushed over to Natsu but I stopped in front of him. Something seemed different... But I couldn't tell what. He looked scary serious. He kept walking until he joined everyone else in a half circle around the dragon. The dragon lifted her head. "Which do you choose?" she asked them. Two items appeared in front of each of them, the one on the right was a large egg covered in gold and silver and the on on their left was different. The one on Leavy's left was several books, Gajeel's was a light blue heart, Gray had a ice sculpture of a woman who I have never seen before. I looked like everyone's dreams, wishes, and desires were in front of them. "Which will you choose? Your Heart's Desire? Or Lucy Heartfilia?" SpearHeart asked.

 I realized that Natsu and everyone else could get what they have always wanted! "NATSU! I'LL BE ALRIGHT! GO AND FIND IGNEEL! EVERYONE ELSE CAN HAVE THEIR WISH GRANTED AS LONG AS I DON'T COME BACK!"

 "I'll never betray Lucy again... YOU HEAR ME LUCY? NEVER AGAIN! I DON'T CARE IF I NEVER FIND IGNEEL! I JUST WANT LUCY BACK AGAIN!" Natsu burst out into tears as he grabs the gold and silver egg. "never..." he whispers. I couldn't help but cry too.

 "I'm sorry Ur but I can't betray my guild members... I CHOOSE LUCY!" Gray shouted.

 "Lucy is worth more than all the books in the world!!" Levy called out.

 "Juvia can win Gray's heart by herself! Juvia choose Lucy!" ~Juvia~

 "Things wouldn't be the same if Lucy wasn't around. Besides I don't was a dragon's help with romance. I choose Lucy!" ~Gajeel~

 "Having Lucy is better than having any legendary armor!!" ~Erza~

 "I'll lead the guild when gramps asks me, i don't need to take it by force. I choose Lucy!" ~Laxus~

 "We want Lucy" ~Happy, Charles, and Lily~

 "I want Lucy back." ~Wendy~

 "I owe everything to Lucy. I can't let her down!"Rivers of tears flowed down my face. I want them to be happy. I want them all to be able to go on without me. Wait, that isn't how I really feel. I... I want to go back to Fairy Tail! "I want to got back to Fairy Tail!"

 "We know." Natsu said looking back at her. "And we are not leaving here without you."

 Everyone turned around and could see me. "Lucy!" Levy squealed and rushed over for a hug and everyone else followed, but they want through me. I still wasn't fully back yet.

 "Your friends have chosen you. But your body needs some time to solidify." Spear Heart gathered the gold and silver eggs and squeezes them in her hands. A flash of light revealed an egg as big as Wendy. "Now Lucy must remain in here for at least 6 months." Spear Heart says as I start to disappear. "I will assign a specific job to all of you before you can return to Fairy Tail."
