"Mitch, Alex will be here any minute to take us to dinner, so can you hurry up now?" Scott said while he was waiting by the front door for me. "Just a minute Scott,"I said. Who am I kidding, everybody knows it's not going to take me a minute. Besides, I've been trying to look my best because I hope Scott thinks I look good. Okay, maybe have feelings for Scott, but that won't ever happen. Besides, it looks like he might like Alex, and Alex likes
Him too so, it's most likely not going to happen.
"Ok then Michelle, don't take too long,"said Scott." I won't Scooter,"I replied in my most innocent voice so he won't get mad at me later for taking this long.
"Oh hey Scott! Hey Mitch! I thought you two would never come out of there," Said Alex in a cheery tone of voice. "Well we made it,"I said. Scott sat in the front with Alex as I was stuck in the back by myself."Oh my god I look so ugly in this shirt. Maybe I should have worn a sweater instead," said Scott who actually looked handsome as hell." No you don't! You look great actually. Not to mention, that hat looks perfect with your outfit," Said Alex in a seductive voice." Thanks babe," Scott said back to Alex. I was getting pretty mad at the fact that Alex was trying to flirt with Scott, who was also playing along with it. What if this means something. What if Alex Does know something about my love for Scott.
These thought in my head were interrupted by the car stopping in the parking lot of the restaurant. Alex who got out first walked around the car and opened Scott's door for him as I was opening my own." Aww what a gentleman," said Scott in a happy voice as I was not happy.
When we sat down, I sat by Esther and her Husband, and Avi and Kevin, while Scott sat by Alex, of course, and Kirstie and her boyfriend Jeremy. Well My night was going great until they Alex and Scott were saying flirty things twards each other, and not to mention I felt out numbered. Kirstie had her boyfriend Jeremy, Esther had a husband, Avi had Kevin and they were best friends too. And Scott had Alex. they might as well be dating because is sure seems like they are to me. Scott didn't say one thing to me because he seemed more interested in Alex instead. I hadn't said a word. Probably because nobody talked to me at all.
"Are you okay Mitch? You seem sad," said Scott worriedly. "I'm perfectly fine," I lied. "Mitch, I know you better than that. You didn't eat one bit of your food, you've been on your phone the whole time, and you have a sad look on your face," said Scott. If he only knew that I love him. I actually really love him and it makes me so upset to see he doesn't care about me. "I'm positive Scott. don't you think I would tell you that there was something bothering me?" I said back to him. "Okay I understand," said Scott putting his attention back to Alex again. It really shocks me that I've known Scott ever since I was ten years old. On the other hand, Scott has only known Alex for a couple months now. He met him online anyways so why is he so special.
As soon as we got home I ran straight to my room and immediately locked it. Minutes later, I heard a small knock on my door and knew exactly who it was. "Mitchie?"
"Yes?" I said in a weak voice. "Can I please come in? I want to talk to you about something," said Scott. "Okay you can come in," I said giving in. Scott ran to me and gave me the biggest hug I have ever received from him and burst into tears. " Mitch, I... umm..." Its okay, you can tell me," I said.
"I've loved for a really long time, and you've been one of the only people who has excepted me for who I am. you have been a shoulder to cry on, and not to mention, the best roommate I've ever had. So even if you don't feel the same, I'll never stop loving you." As he was saying those words, another tear was rolling onto my cheek.
"I love you Scott. A lot Actually. I know it sound stu-"I was cut off by Scott slamming his lips against mine.
"I love you Mitch."
