Days has passed by, Papa went back to school, Amir is writing his final examinations in secondary school while I am still at the hospital the usual.
In the morning I will leave for the hospital, work, come home all tired but at least now my neighbors are coming in to visit or let me say to come to see a nurse to prescribe a drugs or ask for clarification on some health issues and I am glad I can be of help to them.

Since now I went back to having morning shift is has not been easy been in the hospital before 7am but am thankful to Dr Ammar at least he is kind enough to be ordering breakfast for me.

So I heard a patient vomit on you today he ask me when I finish eating my breakfast in his office.

Uhmm uhmm don't remind me of that please doctor I fell horrible as it is.

Sorry he said smiling trying hard not to laugh, tell me what happened how did it happen he ask with curiosity.

I don't want to talk about it I said making my self comfortable on the sofa in his office.

Tell me something Sarah what's your horrible experience as a nurse.

I think for a while before shaking my head actually I don't have one yet what about you doctor I said looking at him.

He smile before answering I won't refer to it as horrible but I don't want to talk about it too.

I enjoy talking with Doctor because you can't sit with him for a minute without him impacting some knowledge to you, so we talk for some more till I get a call from the other nurse on duty that am needed.

I went back to the ward and check on my patient who is feeling nausea I give her some thing to help get rid of it before going back to Nurses station.

It was great I said given him the cup of green tea I make for us before sitting down beside him, but you have to finish your tea before I give you the details.

What happened he said looking at me smiling tell me the details he insists.

I will tell you the details dear but you have to finish your tea first, he finish his tea in no time and he is waiting for me to finish mine.
Promise me that you won't laugh at me I said turning to sit across from him so that we are facing each other now.

Yes I said nodding my head in confirmation, I went to give her her pills and she decides to spill it out on me.

Wow you are all grown up now dad said teasing me, am so proud of you he said kissing my forehead but I hope you didn't shout at her like most nurses do he said asking me.

I was angry yes, but I left there immediately so I didn't say anything to her besides I know how sick she is and when I finish washing up I went to see Dr Ammar and ate my breakfast.
