The day I got back I saw on E! stories about me shopping and spending time with the Jonas family, they showed pictures of me and the guys at the One Direction concert. Somehow as the days passed they even got coverage of Nick leaving me at the airport as well and thinking it was because I was a booty call for those days, which pissed me off.
I had left Dallas on a Tuesday and today was barely Friday; four more days. Anyways Nick had some free time today and got an Skype account so we could chat since I had only talked and texted with him since I left. Once we were both online he "called me" and I couldn't contain my smile when I saw him on screen. He looked perfect in a v-neck and baseball cap.
"Hey!" he smiled waving
"Hunnn how are you?"
"Working one the album like crazy!" he moved his laptop so I could see Kevin on the guitar.
"Where's Joe?" I ask
"He's out of town actually; I don't know he's doing something."
"He's always super busy"
I see Kevin get up and out of the room and when I hear the door slam Nick gets closer to the screen.
"I miss you so much" he says putting his hand to the screen
I do the same and say "No more than I miss you"
"Just a couple more days in the studio and I'll see you soon"
"You're the one who said you wouldn't have time for me" I said knowing the truth
"Yeah and I meant it, I've written maybe 5 songs a day and composed the music as well faster without distractions" he winks
"Oh sure" I laugh
He then looks at his watch and checks his phone.
"Do you have to be somewhere else love? We can end this sooner?"
"Oh no baby I was just waiting for a text" he said
Then his phone rings.
"There ya go" I tell him
He looks up at the screen and smiles, as I hear a knock on my door.
"You have a visitor" I hear my sister say opening my door and letting someone in.
"Hey Carolina" Joe said stepping into my room.
I see him from my camera and turn around to look at him and cover my mouth as he sits next to me on the floor to wave at Nick on screen.
"Made it bro"
"I was worried you'd fallen asleep on the plane" Nick said
"Oh my gosh what are you doing here??" I say
"Your boyfriend sent me here" Joe said
"Guilty" Nick said "thought I'd send Joe to keep you company for a day or two"
I can't help but smile and think that he sent me another Jonas in place of him.
"I love you" I tell him
"Love you too baby" he says grabbing his guitar "a quick song then I gotta go"
"ok"
I listen he sings "Inseparable" with Joe next to me, the whole time looking at each other.
"It was nice to see you even if it was for a bit" I say holding back tears
"Go out and have fun, don't be sad" he says blowing a kiss.
