Blair's P.O.V

I didn't speak to Damon when I got back to the boarding house. I was annoyed, but he was annoyed too. I understood that he didn't want the originals being around me, but I don't think he understood that he was making things 100 times worse by acting like that. He kept complaining to me saying how I should stay away from the originals, but I just ignored him and pretended like he was invisible. I knew that that would annoy him more. The next morning I still ignored him. After pouring myself a bowl of cereal, I sat down at the island to eat it and he sat opposite me, staring at me and waiting for me to say something, but I didn't. My phone beeped.

Hope you don't mind I added your number to my phone, love.
~Kol;)

I frowned in surprise, how did Kol manage to get my number?! Creep.

"Who's that?" Damon asked. I ignored him, and I ignored Kol too and carried on eating my cereal. My phone beeped again,

Are you ignoring me?

I rolled my eyes, then my phone buzzed a million times before I could even eat a spoonful of cereal.
Reply.
You're ignoring me.
Helloooooo?
Anybody There?
And several more texts. I sighed and picked up my phone.

Stop phone stalking me.

I text him, and he replied instantly.

Sorry, love. I'm still getting used to all the technology these days, it's pretty amazing. Plus, I don't like being ignored.

I raised my eyebrow, unsure of what he meant by getting used to technology these days, but shrugged it off anyway.

"Who are you texting?" Damon asked. Nosy.

"Blair stop ignoring me. Are you really just gonna pretend like I don't exist?" he sighed. Fine.. I was being pretty stubborn. I looked up at him now.

"Fine. Hello Damon, how are you today? That's nice, bye bye now." I smiled falsely and he rolled his eyes.

"Don't be like that." he told me.

"Don't tell me what to do." I snapped. Wow I sounded like a bitch. Yes, although we had spent a month or so together and we had bonded a lot, it still didn't mean I was used to having him as a dad. So.. forgive me if I found it hard getting used to him telling me what to do. It annoyed me that he tried having this authority when he hadn't been in my life for fifteen years, and now that he was in my life he had turned it upside down. I think it was mainly my teenage attitude lashing out at the changes going on in my life.

He sighed, and I went upstairs to go get changed. I chose a pair of light denim shorts and a white 3/4 sleeved lacy kind of top, rolled up slightly. I put on a pair of sunglasses, as well as a simple silver necklace. I had my hair loose and curly and applied some light makeup. I grabbed my purse and phone and made my way downstairs.

"Where are you going?" Damon asked when I walked downstairs.

"Out." I replied.

"Where?" He asked sharply.

"Damon! Please, you don't need to be so protective. I understand that you're trying to protect me, but I can take care of myself. " I explained to him and I gave him a smile.

"I'll be back later, call me if you need me." I added.

I breathed in the fresh air when I left, I felt free. Damon had been very over protective since we arrived at Mystic Falls and it was making me feel claustrophobic. But, it was also nice to have someone who cared so much.
