Blair's P.O.V

So, after playing spot the suitcase at the airport in Georgia, we got our suitcases and got in to another amazing car.

"How do you have a car here? You had a car in California and left it at the airport?" I asked confused.

"I have cars everywhere," Damon smirked, and I rolled my eyes. Show off.

"So, how long are we staying here? In Georgia?" I asked.

"Haven't figured that out yet," he replied.

"Where are we staying?" I asked.

"The Sea Island hotel," he answered.

"Wow." I breathed when we reached the sea island hotel. It was so beautiful that I didn't even know how to describe it. Damon was already getting the suitcases out of the trunk of the car so I went to grab mine, however he pulled it back.

"Just because you've eaten doesn't mean your full of energy again," he told me and I sighed and rolled my eyes, but didn't argue back. Saves me a job, I thought. We entered the beautiful, posh hotel and I loved it! I was hoping we would be staying in Georgia for a while.

" You will give me the room key for your largest room, on the house. Do you understand?" Damon demanded, leaning over a desk and looking into the workers' eyes.

"I understand." the woman responded in mono-tone. Right.. that was the third time he had done something like this now and it was starting to scare me. How was he doing that?!

"Let's go,"  Damon said and we both went into the elevator. The elevator ride was silent, and I stayed silent even when we reached our hotel room. It was nice, our hotel room, but I wasn't really thinking about it because everything that was happening was starting to sink in. Sitting down at a table, I stared into space and contemplated what this was going to be like.
I started thinking about my mom and how she just sent me away but it made me sad thinking about it.

Damon came and sat opposite me, so I turned and faced the other way.

"Blair look at me," he told me but I ignored him.

"Look at me." he repeated and I shook my head.

"You haven't looked at me properly once." he said, and this comment caused me to actually face him this time.

"Have you thought about how I am feeling?Have you wondered why I don't want to look at you? I've hidden it quite well so far but I'm scared! You- you're a vampire! I still haven't got my head around that... How this is even real. Vampires only exist in story books. And witches too- but my mom... she lit candles with her mind. But- AGH I'm so CONFUSED!" I ranted.

He just looked at me and didn't say a word, just waited until I stopped ranting.

"I don't even know what I am supposed to call you," I mumbled. What if he expected me to call him dad? That just doesn't seem right, I don't even know him.

"Call me whatever suits you," he told me and there was a moment of silence.

"I bet you have millions of questions," he said.

"Too right I do!" I exclaimed.

"Fire away," he said and I thought about it all the different things I wanted to ask.

"Where have you been all my life?" I asked. (WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN ALL MY LY LY LY LIFE)

"All over the place to be honest. Me and your mother thought it would be best if I stayed out of your life.. it would be more safe for you. We didn't want you getting mixed up in all the vampire world. It's dangerous." He answered.
