Ingredients:
-150g (1 cup) of rindless watermelon
- 15 strawberries
-5 cups of water
-ice (optional)
Steps:
Cut the watermelon into small chunks and pop them into a large jug. Cut the strawberries in half and add them into the jug. Pour the cold water over the watermelon chunks and halved strawberries and place the jug into the fridge. Let it infuse for at least 2 hours before drinking. Add ice in each glass, if you like.
Tip:
A good rule of watermelon is to eat pre-cut watermelon by the expiration date, or at the most, within five days of buying the fruit.
