Ingredients:
-2 apples
-1 lime
-5 sprigs of mint
-5 cups of water
Steps:
Core the apples and thinly slice them. Add to a large jug. Cut the lime in half and squeeze the juice of one half into the jug. Slice the other half and add it into the jug as well. Lightly crush the mint in between your fingers to release their fragrance and pop them into the jar. Fill with cold water and leave it in the fridge to infuse for at least 2 hours before serving.
Tip:
Use different varieties of apples for a different level of flavor. Switch out the lime with a lemon if you don't like the bitterness.
