Nutmeg and ginger

Ingredients:

-2 thumbs of ginger

-1/4 of a whole nutmeg

-2 cups of boiling water

Steps:

Thinly slice the ginger, bruise it slightly with a pestle and mortar then place it into a small teapot. Grate the nutmeg over the bruised ginger, then fill the teapot with boiling water. Leave it for about 5-10 minutes to infuse before serving. 

Tip:

If you can't find whole nutmegs, substitute it for 1-2 teaspoons of ground nutmeg.
