Ingredients:
-2 passion fruits
-1 lime
-5 cups of water
-ice (optional)
Steps:
Slice each passion fruit in half and scoop out the flesh and seeds into a large jug. Slice the lime in half and squeeze the juice of one half over the passion fruit flesh and seeds and thinly slice the other half and add to the jug. Fill the jug with the cold water and leave in the fridge for 2 hours to infuse. Serve with ice in each glass, if desired.
Tip:
If you don't like limes, substitute the lime with a lemon. Limes tend to have a more bitter sourness taste while lemons have a sweeter sourness.
