Ingredients:
-1/2 of a pineapple
-5 sprigs of mint
-5 cups of water
-ice (optional)
Steps:
Slice the pineapple into wedges and place them into a large jug. Lightly crush the mint in between your fingers to release their fragrance, then add them into the jug with the pineapple. Fill the jug with the cold water and leave it in the fridge to infuse for at least 2 hours before serving with ice, if you like.
Tip:
Fresh and tropical, this infusion is great as an evening drink.
