-Todoroki's POV-

"Are you sure you want to meet with my parents and everyone?" I ask Asami as we sit in the backseat of the car. "I just want this to be over and done with." She says scratching her wrist. "Hey.." I grab her hand and she looks to me. "I'm sorry." She says to me and I furrow my eyebrows. "I... I didn't mean what I said. I don't hate you. I'm... I was juts mad at everything." She says and I kiss her hand. "We'll deal with this another day. For now let's just get you through today." I say and she nods. I lean over and she kisses me. "Thank you Mr. Todoroki." She smiles a little and I laugh at her. "Of course Asami." I kiss her again and the car stops. 

"We're here." The driver says and I nod. I get out of the car only to be met by press and and flashing cameras. I push past them to the other side of the car where I open the door and get Asami out. "Ms. Fujimoto! what do you have to say about everything that's come out about your brother!" A reporter shoves a microphone in her face and she stares at them. "Alright." She sighs and walks past her holding my hand before turning around and clearing her throat. 

"What happened to me is nobodies business." She says loudly getting everyones attention. "It's bad enough that all my friends know... I live with this constantly everyday, it consumes my every waking thought. I've been sent death threats for "ruining" my brothers life. He ruined me first. I can't even open my phone without getting sent a photo of me when I was younger. I'd like to say here that I reserve the right to a peaceful life. All I want is for this to be in the past. I'm the one who has to live with this the rest of my life, not you all. If you all want a news story for your stupid little tabloids then put this on the front cover. Leave. Me. Alone!" She yells at them and holds my hand tighter. 

"Me and My fiancé will not be answering anymore of your questions, if you're still here after dinner I will be calling the police for Harassment." She says before pulling me along inside my house. "God I had the press. We're a business. Sure a multi-million dollar business but we're not celebrities! This is nobodies problem but my own and our families." She says and I smile. "Our family?" I smirk trying to lighten the mood but she blushes. "Shut it." She says and I laugh at her. We walk inside and I take her to the dinning room where my family, Her sister- in- law and niece, and Mr. Aizawa waited for us. 

"Evening everyone." She bows and pulls me down with her. We move and sit in the two available seats at the table. "First I'd like to apologize to you, Mr. Aizawa and Mrs. Todoroki. I didn't mean to blow at you the other day. I'm sorry I took my frustration out on you." She says looking down at the table. "Of course dear. it's alright" "We understand" My mom and Aizawa says and she nods. "Asami." Lynn speaks up and she looks to her. "Why didn't you tell me?" She asks on the verge of tears. 

"How could I?" Asami asks and Lynn shrugs. "You should have said something." Lynn sniffles and tries to bounce her daughter to keep her distracted. "If there is one thing I know about Akio it's that he'd never want to hurt you or Akari. He's a good husband and father yes?" Asami asks and Lynn stays silent. "yes.." She says and Asami nods. "I saw what happened when I tried to tell my parents what was happening... They fought, daddy left and nothing between him and I was ever the same again. Who am I to break up a family?" She asks with hurt and sadness in her voice. 

"You're his sister! I knew he was hard on you and I knew he was an ass to you but... I just wish you told me sooner." Lynn says and Asami nods. "you all have to understand where I am coming from. I despise Akio... There is not a single part of me that feel anything but hate for him, But I'm also afraid of him. He scares me, He's always scared me since I was young. I remember the fights mom and him would get into, he was always just so strong." She sniffles looking down. "And when he told me I was still going to get married, I took that chance to get away from him." She leans on me shoulder and I rub her back.
