Arranged marriage (Todoroki X OC)

-Asami's POV-

"Mr. Aizawa?" I enter the teachers lounge where I see Mr. Aizawa, Todoroki, Midnight, and Mrs. Todoroki. "Oh Mrs. Todoroki. I wasn't aware you'd be here this afternoon." I say bowing to her. "Yes I just wanted to be here for this..." She says and I look too Todoroki. "Just come sit." Midnight says and I sit in the available seat. "We understand that there is something going on with you and your older brother?" Mr. Aizawa asks and I blush. "Todoroki, what did you do?" I whisper looking to him. "I told you I'd get you help." He says and I huff. 

"It's alright, you can tell us anything." Midnight says and Mrs. Todoroki nods. "There is nothing to tell." I cross my arms and look down. "Don't do that. I know I heard something in your room the other day." Todoroki says and I shake my head. "You're wrong." I say annoyed and looking down.  "We just want to know what happened the other day in your bedroom. Do you think you tell me?" Aizawa says tapping a pen to a note pad. 

"What is this an investigation? Nothing happened he just came by to drop off money for me so I could buy some food." I say bouncing my leg. "No need to get defensive-" "Who said I was being defensive? You know I really should call Akio. I legally can't be investigated without a legal guardian and/or licensed lawyer to defend me." I say trying to put all my law studies to work. "Calm down. This isn't an investigation, it's just a conversation." Aizawa says holding up a hand. 

I stay silent crossing my arms looking to the side. "I just want to hear what you have to say. Nothing will happen. I won't do anything you're not comfortable with." He adds but I still don't respond. "How about you just nod yes or no to a few questions I have to ask alright?" He asks and I bounce my leg. "Alright." I say still not looking to anyone. "Is Akio your elder brother?" He ask and I nod. "Half brother. His mother died when he was born and my mom and dad got married and had me after." I say. Me and Akio don't look alike at all so that's a valid question. 

"Alright then. Is he your legal guardian?" He asks and I nod again. "Has your brother ever touched you?" He asks and I don't nod. "In what contexts. He's hugged me before yes." I say but he sighs. "In a sexual manner." He says and bounce my leg. I slowly nod my head and bite my lip. "Consensually?" He asks and I shake my head slowly. "So your brother has touched you sexually without your consent?" Aizawa asks and I nod to confirm. I hear him writing something down and I just stay silent even though I feel all eyes on me. 

"Are you afraid of Akio?" He asks and I nod. "does his wife know about this?" He asks and shake my head. "Can you tell us how long this has been going on for?" He asks and I sigh. "About... I don't know,  I believe I was 11 the first time it happened." I mumble tapping my nail to the desk. "But he's always been odd." I say cleaning my throat. "Can you elaborate?" Midnight asks. "He used to steal all my training and sport bras and my underwear. And he would always try to sleep in bed with me but because he was almost 17 when I was like 5 my mom wasn't comfortable with it but he'd usually still sneak into my bedroom at night and I would wake up with him there." I mumble feeling tears form in my eyes. 

"Did your parents ever know about this?" Aizawa asks and I shrug. "I tried to tell my mom once but it resulted in a huge fight between her and my dad and I didn't want that again, he told me I'd get in trouble so I didn't say anything." I sniffle and look down so no one can see my face. "If you can do you think you can recall any specific experiences?" Aizawa asks and I bite my cheek. "Once I moved in with him and Lynn, he would buy me lingerie. He would make me wear it to bed sometime. He'd often come into my bedroom, take a few photos, maybe a video or two asking me questions." I mumble trying not to cry. I don't want to keep crying over this. 

"Questions? What would he ask?" He asks me and I scratch my wrist, I need to calm myself down. "He would ask me if I was afraid, if I was scared of him. He liked making me cry, seeing me in fear." I sniffle and feel a shudder go up my spine. "So there is video and photo evidence for this? On his phone you think?" Midnight asks and I shake my head. "His wife has access to his phone, he has an extra cell phone his wife doesn't know about." I say and everyone stays sielnt. "Anything you can tell us? Maybe why this is happening? Why you didn't tell anyone?" Aizawa asks and I shrug.
