Months flew by as you were assigned many missions, on which you went with various different agents. For example:
Agent Phil Coulson.

But to say those missions went smoothly... Would be a lie.
You would try your best to ensure the safety of anyone on your team, however, a certain agent didn't like that.
For example, on your latest mission, you were accompanying Maria, Clint and one more rookie agent as you were supposed to catch a suspect who was trying to sell information about S.H.I.E.L.D. to corrupt organisations.
You entered the room he was in to see the rookie about to fall through broken glass, presumably pushed by the suspect.
You quickly grabbed the newbie as he was hanging on for dear life, you looked to your left to see the suspect, who had a scar on his lip and messy hair with crazed eyes, pointing a gun at you.
His expression turned grim as he saw you glare at him with tremendous killing intent, making him start to sweat as he dropped the gun and bolted through a secret door.
Soon after, Clint and Maria entered the room.
"What happened?" Clint asked as he looked at the shaken rookie.
"U-Uh I don't know, he surprised me and tried pushing me through the broken glass window, b-but luckily I was saved by (L/N)." The rookie managed to speak through his shaking.
"So, you let him escape?" Maria asks with slight annoyance.
"Look, I was saving hi-" however you couldn't finish your sentence as she got up in your face.
"I don't care what you were doing, this isn't the first time you've done this. You're supposed to focus on the mission first, everything comes after." She spat at you as you got angry.
"Well, I'm sorry for trying to save someone's life!"
"You made us fail the mission! No matter the excuse you're the reason he escaped!" She yelled back as you were getting progressively annoyed.
