(Grace's Pov)

When it was the end of the school day, I ran and found Eva. I told her about the dream and everything. When I say everything I truly mean everything. I told her about Simon and she squealed. More importantly though, I told her about where I saw Lucy. I told my mom and she allowed me to go over to Eva's and help her find her little sister.

When we got there, I looked around. I saw something on the ground. It was a keychain that I had seen on Lucy's backpack. So it wasn't a dream then. I had seen Lucy running away.

"Do you have any idea why Lucy would've ran away?" I asked Eva and her parents. They all shook their heads.

Me and Eva left her front yard and started our search. We looked everywhere nearby and then started to walk. We came across another object that looked like it came from a little girl; a small pink and blue beaded bracelet. Eva picked it up and started to cry again. She was having trouble keeping herself together all day, but this had really shook her up even more. I really hope we will be able to find Lucy.

"Don't cry Eva," I said trying to smooth her. "We will find Lucy. I promise," I said as I hugged her. It was still very bright and sunny outside and we had plenty of time before dark to look for her.

We started to look around the area, but quickly moved on. We walked towards the bus stop. After taking a break at the bench for a while, the bus pulled up. Eva had told me before that it's always the same bus driver for that area. Maybe he would've seen Lucy?! Maybe he knows where she might be!

"Hello sir. Did you by chance see a little girl with short and curly blonde hair last night around here somewhere?" I asked as politely as I could. Eva stood beside me wiping her nose with what must be here millionth tissue.

"Yes actually. I last saw her near the Toy Store. It's about a ten minute walk, but I can give you girls a lift to the bus stop right near it if you would like." The bus driver offered. How nice of him.

"That would be great, thanks Michael" I said reading his name tag. I dug around in my pocket and found a 10 dollar bill. Hopefully that's enough. I handed it to the bus driver.

"No need to pay girls, I know what your dealing with" the bus driver said. Wow. Michael is the best bus driver in the history of bus drivers.

After only a few minutes, we arrived at the bus stop. The Toy Store was just across the street and down a ways from it.

"Thanks!" I said as I shook the hand of the bus driver.

"No problem," he said. After me and Eva were safely off the bus, he closed the doors and drove away. We quickly and carefully crossed the road and walked towards the Toy Store. It was humongous. Great, where will we start.

Me and Eva walked towards a big colourful map to the side of the entrance. Wow. This toy store is so big, it has a map. Wow! I then remembered something else. There are too floors! This might take a while. Me and Eva carefully studied the map.

"Where do you think she'd be?" I asked Eva.

"Princess Palace, this way," Eva said. She guided me to a pretty pink area full of all things princess. Next to it was a section called "Knight's Kingdom". Even the sections where big! We looked around all the princess stuff. There was so much pink, I almost felt sick! After wandering around for a while. We found a beautiful Disney princess bed and everything. The blanket had a picture of sleeping beauty on it. In the bed, was Lucy.

"OMG LUCY! YOU'RE OK!" Eva cried with joy and carefully got her sister out of the bed. She was asleep, but quickly woke up. Her backpack still on her back and clutching her teddy bear, she looked around.

"Where am I sissy?" Lucy asked.

"Your at the Toy Store, remember. You ran away from home. Me, mommy and daddy were very worried about you," Eva cried hugging her sister. We started to leave the Toy Store.

"Oh ya, I'm sorry," Lucy said suddenly very upset.

"What's wrong sweetie?" Eva asked her sister.

"Maddie, a girl in my kindergarten class is a meany. She said she was the only pretty girl in the class and everyone else was ugly. She said I was mostly that. She doesn't like me at all!" Eva clasped her hand over her mouth. Her little Lucy is being bullied.

"Don't worry Lucy. Mommy and daddy can fix everything ok?" Eva smiled.

"Yay!" Lucy giggled.

-----Later-----

"Young lady, I am very proud of you. You helped Eva find her sister Lucy who went missing," my mom smiled.

"I told you I would do anything for my best friend," I said.

"And now I completely believe you. Since you did such a responsible thing, I have a reward for you. Tomorrow, we can go shopping for your dress for the dance. Any dress you want, within reason," my mom smiled.

"Really? Tomorrow? Thanks mom!" I smiled and hugged her. I can't wait!
