Chapter One

I was busy typing all the documents in the computer when I saw Ahellona coming towards me. Sucks! I rolled my eyes. I cant emagine my cousin was fallen inlove with her before. She is beautiful. In case she is too young for my cousin and I don't know why she is here now.

Malaki ang ngiti nito ng papalapit na siya sa akin. Doon ko napansin na may hawak itong black na paper bag. Nang makalapit na ito sa akin, inilapag niya ang paper bag sa harap ko.

I gave gave her a curious glance.

A sophisticated Ahellona before has changed a lot now. The former lover of wearing sexy clothes now almost covers her body. She is wearing a white t-shirt and ripped jeans. Her waist -length hair was tied back. She still can't hide his beauty.

"P'wede bang ikaw na lang magbigay nito sa pinsan mo?" napakurap ako sa gulat ng mapansin na nakalapit na pala siya sa desk ko.

She barely laughed at what I said. "Chill! I bought this for him. Please give it to me I won't be long." I ignored her.

Since he was covering my cousin's office I stood up to peek at him. It looks like it's been busy for a while because he can't even look at us.

"Come here." I couldn't help but to rolled my eyes. Ano na naman kaya ang iuutos ng luko kong pinsan. Since my mother passed away and my father passed away after five years si East na ang kumupkop sa akin. Binigyan niya ako ng posisyon sa company nila. Kaya ko naman buhayin ang sarili ko pero because he made a promise to my parents wala na akong nagawa kundi ang sundin siya.

Pabagsak kong nilagay ang paper bag sa harap niya at binagsak ko rin ang katawan ko sa malambot na couch. Shit! Feeling ko tuloy ngayon ko lang naramdaman ang pagod. Ramdam ko ang tingin ni East sa akin at nasisiguro ko na nakacross ang mga braso nito sa dibdib at matalim ang titig sa akin. Well. . . Sasabihin na naman siya sa akin unprofessional ako kung kumilos. Like hell i care! Hindi ko gusto maging secretary niya. I want to be a Designer.

"I have a job for you." napabalikwas ako sa gulat ng marinig ko ang sinabi niya. Nangniningning ang nga mata ko habang hinihintay ko ang susunod niyang sasabihin. Seryuso ang mukha nito habang nakatitig sa akin. "I know that you hate kids but. . ." he observed my sudden expression.

That's when he said that my shoulder immediately dropped. He knows that I don't like children very much. He knows how I suffer when I lose someone I could have had strength but suddenly disappeared. They all think I tried to kill her but not a single explanation I gave them.

I closed my eyes again. I kept tapping my finger on the couch while waiting for what he would say next. "I know it's hard for you especially in your situation but this is the only way I can think of to get you close to them."

I raised my eyebrow! Ano ba sinasabi nito?

"Hindi ka naman lalapit sa kanya. All you need to do is to secure her safety! Susundan mo lang kung saan pupunta ang bata."

"What?" I couldn't help but to shouted. "Company ng sasakyan ang pinagtratrabahohan ko, East! Im not a fucking spy, im not a fucking agent and also i am not a baby sitter."

His jaw clenched so hard and his brow snapped together. Tila kanina pa ito nagtitimpi sa pagiging masungit ko sa kanya.

"I am still your boss, Savannah! Nasa loob ka ng office ko. Stop being unprofessional."
