Phoenix rushed into his dorm, really excited to see his boyfriend Yoru. Bumping the other 14 agents, not even surprised if he accidentally run over or stepped on someone. He went inside his dorm seeing Yoru in the kitchen washing equipments and tools. Warm and fancy looking ramen placed on the dinner table, room tidy and spotless just like usual.

"So, how was the mission?" Yoru greeted him with a teeny tiny smile on his face. "M'kinda cheesed off. Jett kept dodging the bullets when I tried to shoot her, don't even know how she managed to do so." Phoenix shrugged as he started to eat his meal. Yoru laughed at his comment, "That's Jett for you, fire-boy. You didn't get hurt, did you?" The Brit shook his head.

"Ya made this?" Phoenix asked, taking another bite of the ramen. He was completely shocked at how good Yoru was at cooking, despite eating them almost everyday. "Everything I cook is from scratch. I've told you that a million times already, idiot. Those instant noodles you used to buy aren't that healthy."

"Okay, male wife."

"I am NOT a male wife, Pheonix."

"Sure you are!"

"You're such an idiot and I hate you."

Phoenix laughed at the smaller man's reply, he thought that it was adorable seeing his face all pink and flustered. He knew that Yoru didnt actually mean it and deep inside, Yoru cared a lot about him and loved him in his own ways. Maybe not everyone thought that he could be kind, but once you get to know him he was a very lovely guy.

Yoru was basically.. how do you say it. A tough guy on the outside, but actually soft on the inside. He just didn't like to show that he was. The moment when Phoenix confessed and asked Yoru to be his lover, Yoru was just.. confused. But he ended up saying yes and was now stuck with the overgrown gremlin.

Yoru had never actually experienced something like this before, and Phoenix was more than happy to guide him throughout the relationship and telling him how things work. He took his time for Yoru to get used to this whole dating thing. Eventually, Yoru started to understand.

The firebird thought he was a very lucky guy for getting to know the soft side of the rift walker. And to date him, of course.
