•Maya's POV•

College

I had just given my last exam and I was officially on vacation. And in three days I would go with Adi on his business trip for a "honeymoon" trip. Only if it was true. This is not even close to a vacation it's more of "taking me along because he was forced to and has no choice" kind of trip.

"Woohoo no more college." Shreya said, dancing. I shook me head and said "Only for three weeks." "Hush Maya. Let me live in my dreams." she said dramatically. "Dreams of our marriage?" Veer said walking towards us. "You wish." Shreya said, while pushing him playfully. "So where have you both decided to go?" I asked. "Agra." Veer and Shreya answered in unison. "Nice." "Where are you going?" Shreya asked raising her eyebrows. "I still don't know! You'll just find out when I come back I guess." I responded. I never got the time to ask Adi where we are going because I was busy preparing for the exams. "Wow, you still don't know. Seems like you're lying, just to not come along." Shreya said. "Shreya-" "Maya!" I looked behind me to see Sia coming towards me. What is Sia doing here and how does she know I'm here?

"Hi Maya!" Sia said and hugged me. "Hey, what are you doing here?" I asked while hugging her back. "As I found out you're going on vacation with Adi, I thought why don't we have a girl's day and go shopping for you." Sia said. "Shreya now you know I wasn't lying." I said. "Oh and Sia, meet Shreya and her boyfriend, Veer. Shreya and Veer meet Sia, my friend." I said, introducing them. The greeted each other and then Shreya said "Who is Adi?" Oh no! Sia said I'm going on vacation with Adi! Now she is going to ask so many questions. "Adi is-" I grabbed Sia's wrist, stopping her from saying further. "Adi is a close relative. He is also tagging along with my family for vacation." I said, hoping she would buy it. "Sure?" Shreya asked squinting her eyes at me. "100%" God I started lying to much!

I think Sia understood because she changed the topic. "Shreya why don't you come along on our girls day shopping trip?" Sia asked. "Sorry but another time. Me and Veer need too pack for our trip too. So I think we should go." Shreya said. Shreya hugged me tightly, acting like college ended for good. She and Veer bid bye to both of us and left.

"Sorry Maya. I had forgotten that no one knows about you and Adi." Sia said when Shreya and Veer were out of sight. "It's okay Sia. They didn't find out at least. So, now tell me how did you know I was here?" "Oh that. I found out about your "vacation" from Sidharth and had this shopping idea. I had asked Sidharth what time your college ends and he further asked Adi, then told me." Sia explained. "Oh!" I said. "Now let's go! Mall here we come!" Sia said hooting and dragging me towards the car.

Mall

We were at the mall and gladly it wasn't that crowded. We had been shopping at many different stores and Sia was dragging me along. My feet were already getting tired because I never go shopping, especially this long.

"Maya come! This store has very nice clothing." Sia said trying to take me into this other store, which looked literally the same as the others. "No Sia. There is no point. All of them have just overpriced stuff." "You're the Aditya Malhotra's wife. And you're talking about price. Unbelievable." she said whispering. "It doesn't mean that I get to waste his hard worked money." "We have been shopping for 30 minutes and you haven't bought anything. Get inside." She successfully took me inside the store.
