•Maya's POV•

Malhotra Mansion

I excitedly got out of the car when it stopped in front of Malhotra Mansion. Adi had told me that mumma called him telling we need to come to Malhotra Mansion today as something had happened. I was excited to meet mumma and papa but at the same time nervous if something bad had happened.

We were about to enter when we saw Sidharth bhai and Sia also coming. "She also called you guys saying something had happened?" Sidharth bhai asked. "Yup." Adi responded. "You know why she called?" bhai asked. Adi just shrugged his shoulders and we all headed inside.

"Mom!" they both yelled the moment we stepped foot. We then saw mumma rushing towards us with a smile on her face. "So you guys did come!? Of course you had to." mumma exclaimed. Papa was walking behind her. "So what's the "something" that had happened?" Adi asked. "First let me hug you guys!" Both the brothers opened their arms to hug her but she hit their arms and said "Not you both! First my daughters!" she said. She then hugged me and Sia together. I'm so happy mumma knows about Sia and has accepted her. "No one cares for us in this house. We brought these two along for no reason." bhai groaned. "Exactly! We used to be the center of attention before they came." Adi also groaned. "And they call me dramatic!" mumma said making me and Sia laugh.

"We got this gene from you. But leave that. You have hugged your "daughters" so could you now tell us what was the "something" that had happened before we die out of curiosity?!" Adi said. "Oh that! We had ran out of ghee but don't worry, one of the workers went out and bought more. And as you guys are already here why not let's spend some time!" "Seriously!?" Adi and bhai yelled. "You made me leave my office and go bring Maya all the way from the penthouse and then drive here for no reason!? God!" Adi said. "I wasn't doing anything but god!" Sidharth bhai said. "I had no other choice! You both never come here and are always busy with work. Now both my sons and daughters are here!" mumma said proudly. "I'm leaving. Keep your daughter here and I'll pick her up after I finish work." Adi said about to leave. "Me too!" And bhai did the same. "Get back inside before I embarrass you both in front of your life partners." The groaned knowing they can't leave and came back inside.

"Let me meet them too Priya!" papa said, pushing mumma out the way. He hugged me and Sia while mumma hugged both the brothers. "Now finally we can have some family time after ages." mumma exclaimed. "We'll leave after an hour. I need to get back to work." "Oh no you're not! It's already 4 p.m. What are you going to do at work!? You're staying here until I allow you to leave." mumma said with sass. Adi huffed like a kid. I smiled at how he was acting. He acts so childish with mumma and then so cold at his office and around others.

Malhotra Mansion: Living Room

We all were sitting in the living room, chattering about our life since the past few hours. The men were talking about business and all that boring stuff while we ladies were talking about tons of gossip and mumma's shows.

"Let's play dumb charades!" mumma said. "I'm in!" both bhai and Sia said at the same time, making Sia blush. "I'm also in." papa said. "Maya?" "I'll play." I said. I haven't played dumb charades before. I never had friends to play with. But I do remember Vivaan talking about it. "And you Mr. Aditya Malhotra?" "I'm not playing this stupid childish game. Grow up already!" Adi said. "Bilkul e kahdoos! Is calling us childish when he himself acts like a kid." I thought. The whole room was full of silence. I looked around me and saw everyones eyes wide and on me. Don't tell me I said it out loud in front of his parent! "You call my son kahdoos?" mumma asked. Oh god! She looks angry. I'm so stupid! What was the reason for me to say that! I nervously bit my lip and looked down. "I...I-" I was stuttering when everyone broke into laughter, including mumma. "You should've seen your face! I was just playing with you." she said laughing. I then realized they were just joking and looked down in embarrassment.
