"I said stab him."

"Azrail, I..."

"Stab him or he'll slip away. He might run after you again and that would be the end of you." Sagot ni Azrail kay Rainer na hindi mahanap ang dapat na sasabihin. "Do you want me do it for you? But you won't see this face again." The vampire then started to grapple, maybe because of Azrail's grip. She then tilted her head as if asking Rainer to do something.

"Fine! J-Just let him go. I'll do it." Iwas tinging sabi ni Rainer. He then took a step forward towards them and pulled her dirk that made Azrail smirk. Nang makalapit na ng kaunti si Rainer ay sinaksak na nito ang bampira at nilagyan ng tsapa nang hindi tinitignan sa mata. Nang matapos siya ay tumayo na ito at inayos ang sarili.

"Nag dalawang isip ka?" Tanong ni Azrail sa kanya habang pinapanood siya.

"H-Ha?"

"Sa ganitong pagsasanay at laban ay hindi ka dapat nagdadalawang isip. You should be like him. He was about to kill you without second thoughts. And there you are, trying to save his ass. Hindi mo siya kakampi, Rainer. Wala kang kakampi sa mundong 'to." Azrail said and started to walk away pero sinundan siya ni Rainer na muntik pang maapakan ang bampira.

"Why did you save me?" Tanong nito habang nakabuntot kay Azrail.

"I did not. I just punished him because he was about to kill you. You're my kill, remember?" Walang lingong sagot nito sa kanya.

"H-how about my torch? Ikaw ba ang may gawa non?" Tanong muli nito na ikinalingon ni Azrail kaya siya napatigil sa pagsunod.

"Do you think a vampire can do such thing?"

"I-I... I don't know. You answer me, hindi naman ako bampira." Sagot naman nito na ikina-ngisi ni Azrail.

"If you really want to know, alamin mo ng ikaw lang. I'm not here to educate you. I'm here to spectate." Azrail answered and disappeared in the cold wind. Napa iling na lang si Rainer bago pulutin ang sandatang itinapon ng bamira kanina at tuluyan ng naglakad para hanapin ang dalawa.

Si Sven ay nasa may malapit na talon habang patuloy pa rin na hinahanap ang dalawa. Nang dahil sa biglaang pagdilim ay hindi nila namalayan na iba't-iba na sila ng tinatahak na landas.

He then tried to reach for an apple, ngunit bago pa man niya ito mapitas ay may narinig siyang ingay.  He looked straight and there he saw a panther with glowing emerald green eyes roaring at him. Dahan dahan niyang binitawan ang mansanas na sana ay pipitasin niya at humakbang ng mabagal paatras. Bawat pag atras niya ay siya naman ding pag lapit nito sa kanya. When his left foot felt the big rock behind him, he slowly leaned his torch on a rock before reaching for his bow. He then pulled one arrow and aimed at the panther that is still roaring at him. He was about to release the arrow when someone from the tree stopped him.

"Don't shoot." Achlys said before jumping from the tree and walking towards the big panther. "Easy, Shadow. Easy." She uttered while looking at her and caressing her. Sven then stood up and fixed himself bago pulutin ang kanyang sulo. He then just looked at Achlys who's having a quality time with the panther.

"Why would you shoot her? You see, she's friendly." Achlys told him while still petting shadow that is now lying down.
