Although he was originally a little nervous about being out and about with Sebastian in the ever bustling streets of Los Angeles, Camden has actually come to be quite relaxed as he sits across from Sebastian at an outdoor table of the cafe. They've already caught each other up on what they've each been up to since they last saw each other, and now they're just relaxing back and enjoying the sun while drinking the beverages and snacks they ordered.

Just before the quietness between them can turn awkward, Sebastian sits forward in his chair with a certain look on his face that Camden can’t quite place. "So, I was talking to Chris the other day and, apparently, you and I have something else in common."

"Oh yeah? Like what?"

"Crazy exes." The other man states.

Camden huffs in amusement but he definitely feels a little... off about Chris telling one of his friends something personal like that. It must show on his face, though, as Sebastian immediately starts talking again.

"He probably just wanted you to have someone to talk to that had a better understanding of what it's like. He's never really had a relationship blow up quite like either of us."

Camden chuckles as he admits to himself that it's probably a fair point. He genuinely can't imagine Chris getting involved with someone that wasn't level headed. "What does that say about us two that we fall for the ones that don't take no for an answer?"

Sebastian smiles, shrugging. "That we're suckers for a challenge, but overestimate our ability to handle it?"

Camden tips his head back as he laughs. He's got to admit that Sebastian probably has a point since dating Alexis was, initially, a little bit about being with someone totally out of his league. "You're probably right. I really don't know when to quit."

"Don't quit, just aim for less challenge next time."

"Easy for you to say. You're free of your crazy ex and able to live your life without having to constantly look over your shoulder or monitor comments sections on your posts."

Sebastian shrugs, "Maybe, but I’ve definitely been there."

"Any advice for the presently suffering?"

Sebastian seems to ponder it for a second before nodding to himself. "You say she's in your comments all the time so... if she swears she has something to say then hear her out - just don't fall for it hook, line and sinker because it just might be another trap to draw you back in."

Camden listens intently, taking in what the other man has to say. It's a fair point and it definitely makes sense but he doesn't want to make any rash decisions so he takes the advice with gratitude before steering the conversation to something else. He'll be sure to revisit that subject later on when he's back at the airbnb he's staying in and on his own again.
