Part 15

I walked slowly through the now fairly empty town, the travellers were all long gone now but one. She stayed a little while longer I'd had been about a month and a half since our time at swans point and we had been courting ever since but she had to go tonight, it was to be her last night here, her last night with me. I got to her little caravan knocking on her door and soon enough she opened it on her long green dress "hi"

"Hi" I smiled offering her the flower I got for her she smiled taking it and my hand, she insisted on going for a walk in the forest as we hadn't ever done it before, I didn't like it but I wanted to make her happy we went walking talking about this and that as we usually did doing my best to avoid places I didn't want to remember. We found the river quickly so followed along its banks hand in hand often sharing kisses until we reached the waterfall, we each sat at the bottom on a stone with a candle and some firefly's to light the place "do you have to go?"

"Romulus. I'd stay if I could"

"I know. I just... I don't want you to go"

"Awww sweet romulus. You could always come with me?"

"I can't y/n..." I sighed "believe me, I would. But there's reasons I can't go and I can't tell you why"

"Your a bundle of mysteries romulus"

"Im sorry"

"Will you tell me them? Someday?"

"Someday. I promise" I smiled

"On what?"

"On my life. And my love for you"

"Awww romulus" she giggled hugging me tightly "You won't forget me will you?"

"I'll never forget you"

"I promise I'll be back"

"Soon?"

"I don't know. You'll just have to wait"

"I'll wait for you. Forever if I have to"

"Let's not think about it okay"

"Okay."

"You won't forget me will you?"

"I'll never forget you" I smiled giving her lips a slow and soft kiss, she tasted and smelt like she always did, her lips and skin so smooth against my own, I never wanted to stop I wanted us to kiss forever, I could feel her heartbeat and my own the two working almost in sync with each other as our kiss deepened I pulled back a little even if I wanted to continue and she smiled at me rubbing her hands up and down my chest

"Romulus?"

"Yes?"

"Would you do something for me?"

"Anything my darling"

"Make love to me."

"What?"

"Please, I want to be with you. Before I go so we'll always be bonded together"

"...yes"

"What?"

"Yes. If you want me to I'd happily make love to you, I want to... very much"
