I smiled as I woke up in the gentle morning light, I opened my eyes and saw such a beautiful sight y/n sat on her little chair already gotten dressed her hair tied up with her little ribbons and little Issac laid nursing at her breast 

"You look so beautiful" I smiled 

"I do?"

"You both do"

"thank you Romulus" she giggled "come on you'll be late for work"

"I know" I sighed getting up rubbing my eyes a little as I got dressed for the day, I went down giving Arthur and Lisbeth and cuddle and a kiss, taking Issac from y/n so she could finish fixing her dress "come on kids we'll walk you to merlins classes on the way to work" I smiled I put my arm around y/n as she took Issac back, we held both Arthur and Lisbeth close as we headed out even taking Cerberus with us into the village I kept my whole family close so happy to have them all. we walked through and were about to bid the kids goodbye giving them both a cuddle and a kiss "Well see you too later okay have a nice day with merlin"

"We will daddy" Lisbeth smiled  

"go on then or you'll be late" y/n smiled 

I jumped as I heard a scream from the edge of town the screams grew louder and closer and before I could do anything more than pull everyone close to me a team of horses and riders rushed into town trapping anyone in their wake. 

Luckily I was quick enough to get everyone out of the way so no one got hurt, as they gathered everyone in town forcefully bringing them to the square 

One horse stopped at the top of the town pulling back his cloak and revealing his scarred face he looked around before he caught me. 

"Hello cesar" He smirked
